Good, but there were so many misinformation, like showing Bruno the statsman as Icefrog, He isn't Icefrog but the community thinks that he is Icefrog, it's just a small, fun conspiracy. And there were also very very outdated info, such as Oracle and Earth Spirit not available in captain's mode, cuz they are added in CM on Dec. 16.
I don't bother to correct all of the mistakes cuz the channel probably won't care but a little advice to the researchers, check the date of the article and see if it's outdated and if there is new info regarding that topic.
+a potato They do care. Riki and Arc Warden are the only two still not in captains mode and no one knows who Icefrog is still because Valve keeps it under tight wraps by threat of firing if anyone says anything.

The hero Riki (AKA stealth assassin) is a shortened version of the name Rikimaru; one of two playable characters in the 1998 game "Tenchu: Stealth Assassins."
The hero Lina (AKA Slayer) is named after the main protagonist Lina Inverse from the manga/anime series "Slayers"
Phantom Lancer's original character model in Dota 1 was taken directly from Final Fantasy X's character Kimahri Ronso. Phantom Lancer's skill "Spirit Lance" is taken from Kimahri's celestial weapon of the same name.

Fact number 108: the item Necronomicon is a direct reference to the H.P Lovecraft's books. (The same author who was mad enough to invent the mighty Cthulhu). Necronomicon is meant to be the darkest and the most powerful spellbook in the whole universe, capable to rise bodies from death and summon bloodlusted entities. However, in the Lovecraft's stories, whoever dared to read it would unavoidably become insane.
Lovecraft also wrote a short story called "Dagon". But there are no proofs that the Dagon item in Dota 2 is linked to it.

13:50 invoker can upgrade his stats, this was traded for a level of his ultimate that is automatically given at level one, so invoker can level his stats once. Also many of your facts may be put out of date very soon, such as the last hero being released. And some other facts are just not uncommon knowledge, such as furion and lucifer. In another fact you mentioned heroes that know invokers name, but I think you left out lifestealer who says at one point "is that you, kael?"

the game has a few dnd references including a d20 in Chaos Knight's ability art for "chaos strike" and Axe's line "cut and run" coming from an encounter 3 ranger power in 4e where you basicly move while swinging your weapon much like Axe's counter helix's animation while running. idk im a fan of both so they might be references to something else entirly

#72 is completely wrong: Phoenix is NOT considered dead when casting the Supernova. because if it is it means it will stop skills that can not be broken but by death such as Rupture. the Fact is if Icarus the Phoenix been Ruptured by BloodSeeker then Icarus used Supernova and SURVIVED IT the Rupture Negative BUFF will stay ON that means the engine DID NOT consider Icarus Dead but it only Refreshed HP&Mana and abilities except the ulti.

Lina is a reference to Lina Inverse from the Slayers anime. Lina's abilities are references to some of Lina Inverses spells.
Dota 2 has a lot of weird mechanics due to programming restrictions in Dota 1. This has had multiple small and large impacts on the game's balance and design.
What wierd mechanics does dota have? And what impact did they have on balance?
theres a whole host of them.
the easiest example would be tinys toss-avalanche combo, where avalanche causes damage twice. it is caused by toss making the target invulnerable at the apex of the jump. this resets the 'has been damaged by avalanche' value, allowing them to be damaged again. the impact this has on his balance is that hes now able to be a lategame carry, but requires a significant gold/xp advantage to be properly scary (accomplished through his aghs being core on him in every 1/2 position).
invulnerability purges inherently, and so all cyclones or tornados would throw people in the air, turn them invulnerable and purge them. this has far reaching implications.
slark and mirana have pounce abilities, which required a new unit to replace the pouncing units in dota 1 or something. therefore, they can now dodge projectiles if the projectiles would hit during the first quarter of the pounce or so.
stacking and pulling were both initially bugs, but are now part of the core mechanics.
thats all i can think off atm, but yea

3 Hours and 20 minutes for a professional Dota 2 match?
PFFFFFFFT! That was considered normal time in the Zerg Vs Terran meta in Starcraft 2: Heart of the Swarm at one point. Thanks Swarm Hosts.
what about that? Dota matches have average duration of 45 mins, so 3h is quite a long match for it. Think 4 times longer than usual starcraft match, then.
I'm talking about professional matches though. Most Starcraft tournaments use a best of 3 or 5 format, so that equals to about maybe one and a half professional Dota 2 matches. When the Swarm Host meta happened, some people had to sit through a best of 3 with 3 hour games each until tournaments decided to just let the winner be the one who won the long ass match. Then, thankfully, Blizzard nerfed Swarm Hosts to the ground so we don't see games like that anymore.
