Fssj is probably x30 multiplier, no way a fssj is worthy of being a raid boss, much less being noted by towa.

Surging spirit isnt for cacs. Ultimate charge is the closest thing to surging spirit and you need the SSG Vegeta dlc. SSGSS you get from reaching Level 90 and maxing your friendship with Whis.
