Hi Jonathan, thank you so much for your videos, I think I have watched most of them now. I'm a newbie to screen printing but have made a couple for my family thanks to you. I've also just bought a one colour press to make things easier. I'm in Australia so I can't buy from you because the shipping is to expensive but I have subscribed and I have "thumbs up" on all that I've watched so far so I hope that helps you. You are very generous. Best wishes from Oz, Ellen.

Thank you! The bottom line is the metal pallets stay true. They are flatter and more parallel to the pallet than wooden pallets. They are not affected by humidity and it takes a lot of heat to be a problem as opposed to MDF and such which warps easily. Wooden pallets also burn easily. @Ryan Nelson I like square pallets because I can use the shape to get the shirt straight on the pallet. The neck part in unnecessary for me. The square edges work best for me like an automatic press. Ideally with proper off contact the screen does not touch the pallet. The screen and design are generally centered on the pallet using a grid. The height of the printed design on the shirt can vary by design but I’ll probably do a video about this very soon. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment! ☠
Thank you very much. I have done a couple of videos about print placement for crest prints and sleeve prints. I’ll do a video about artwork size and then maybe we can talk about all the common print placements in another. Thanks much for watching and dropping me a note. ☠

Actually I commissioned Taylor Wright from RUclips to do that for me. He based the guitar on the old riff I performed in the old intro. However, I do not know what programs he used. You can find his video of this recording in my uploads and there is a link to his channel from there if you want to ask him. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment! ☠
That line is for the “crest” print. It’s the left chest print that goes over the heart area. You make awesome videos, but can you make a video on choosing the right size for your art work and the correct location where you lay your your screen to your shirt
Once fully fry it should not. But that is possible. And if you spray too much adhesive on there that could also make the lines transfer. It's a matter of making sure the lines are dry and you do mot use too much spray tack at once. However, usually it's not much of a problem. Thanks for watching! Can you please show how you fix the screen in one you have the gridlines lined up? And then of course ahow a successful print, as I understand once your screen is lined to the pallet, you are going to have a nice straight print on the fabric, not necessarily t shirts....
Already have. I have over 500 screen printing videos. There are at least 3 that go over loading the pallets with shirts and one about screen and press tips. Check for those in my uploads. Nope. You cannot print 360 degrees around a tee shirt sleeve. It would have to be seamed at 2 points so you could do it in 2 prints.
