@@ShaynaKrause I was just checking, did you receive my reply to this question? I wrote a long response and I don't see it here. Let me know if you did not receive one from me
@@ShaynaKrause Oh no,, To answer your original question. What would be helpful is how to organize the downloaded files that we purchase . Keeping them organized and easy to locate can be a chore. I was thinking that maybe I should keep a book of all designs so that I won't forget what I've purchased, and what I have access to. I don't have Thumbnailer with Embrillance which might make it easier, but still How do you keep track of your downloaded files?
@@dollylewis9467 I’ve tried several different ways, and still struggle to figure out the best way. I have TONS of designs that were free (and not always the best quality) and thought I’d do something with some day, and then found a few really great designers that I loved, and now it’s even worse! A lot of them are having sales right now, so I’m actually using the old paper to pen method to ensure which designs I already have so I don’t re-purchase something. Some sites let you know, but some don’t. I think I’m just gonna start all over this way and delete everything from my computer as I write them down. It’s such a tedious process. 😥
Hello Bianca! Thank you for asking. They are organized on shelves. You know how there are mini shelves, it looks like it's for filing mail. It looks like that. A different shelf for each type (651, HTV)
Liz, the best part is you can implement this method with other mediums too! Cardstock, vinyl, applique pieces. The possibilities are endless. Perhaps your PR decals too.
Hi Shayne I love the idea for storing leftover vinyl. I saw you were at SMP Hoop fest. I was going to reply to you but my daughter called on my cell just when I saw your post. Thank you so much for your service. My brother was in the Air Force. I have a brother ve2200 also. Did you know it came with a little short tube that fits in your small cones of thread. It works so much better than the round spool cap. Love your channel and your kids are precious. I have 2 children also.
@@ShaynaKrause Hi Shayne I will try to send you the picture. If I can't figure how to do it you can look on page B-11 of your manual. It is accessories#16.
Such a good idea! I currently have mine in a box that was sent to me one of the times I ordered vinyl but it's pretty full right now so it's starting to be more difficult to find the color I need in a timely manner without spilling scraps all over the table and floor. lol
Great idea, Shayna!!!!
Thank you Patrice!!
So glad you have posted this video.
Dolly, what other areas are you seeking help with organization in?

Thank you so much for this great tip. I need to be more organized, I have my scraps thrown in a box. I knew there had to be a better way.
I would love to see if you really implement this method.
How do you store longer/larger scraps? Like from large rolls?
Always need organization tips... I don't have vynal, but fleece peices ugh so many.
Michelle, thank you for watching. I agree, you can absolutely store your fleece pieces like this. The clear sheets are 9 inches by 12 inches.
