I run a Mini Max on my 08 Superduty and have done it for 4 years now without any problems. But I allways see that my oil and motor is warm and never accelerate from full stop like a dragracer,..it's allways in the "wild-mode", with a full DPF delete and an INJEN hiflointake kit. I mean it...NO problems at all !
Do you still run it in performance all the time and have you had any issues? I’ve heard not to run it hot and I’ve heard it’s better because it burns everything off better. Thoughts?

I have 2011 f350 6.7 that has a dpf delete on it. I need to replace the turbo. Does anyone know if the mini max will remove the engine light if you upgrade to the 2015 turbo retrofit?

Tbh… I’ve had mine for almost 2 years. When changing from tow(which I keep it on) to street or performance, I don’t notice ANY difference. Any thoughts?
do yourself and your truck a favor and monitor EGT, trans temp, and coolant temp at the very least. H&S tuning is not designed for the street but if you are running it on the street, you want to monitor EGTs to keep from cracking pistons or melting the block.
@@evantugby Im not talking about their “street” level tune. By definition, off-road tuning is not designed for on-road use, which is what I mean when i say street. Im not knocking H&S, but a lot of delete tunes are not intended for the working mans truck, especially one that tows quite a bit. As a light duty diesel mechanic, i have seen a lot of people do some serious damage to deleted trucks without the proper monitors in place, and while it is decent job security, there is no shortage of work out there.
If you want to destroy your 6.0 or 6.4, an H&S tuner is a great way to do it! Waaaay too much timing. Get an Edge tuner. Unless you've had your head's studded and o ringed, I wouldn't put any tuning on em at all. If you want your head gaskets to last that is!
Do you have any evidence documenting a large amount of people "destroying" their engine with an H&S? If you don't delete the EGR/DPF in a 6.4, which requires you to tune, you will kill the engine anyway after a certain amount of time.
Do you have any reference documenting a majority of people "killing theirr motor...even the lightest tunes" with these H&S tuners? I understand riding in performance mode may do that but your claiming "even in the lightest tune".

you can get mounts that mount right above the air vent to the left o the steering wheel. works really well.

my grandfather has a bulldog tuner and his suction cup would not stay so he took two small screws and screwed it to the dash

What settings do you use. My work truck has egr and dpf delete. Pyro 1 and 2? Defueling on or off?

It depends on what settings you choose during setup, regardless though will be around 5 minutes or less.

If you keep it stock there should be no issue.
What if you just use it to delete EGR And DPF and leave the stock tune? And sometimes use the tow tune? Would it still be a problem?

Mine rolls across the scale at 7930...with just a toolbox and bed rails on it. It is a 4 door long bed though. They weigh ALOT.
