    As far as I'm aware at the time of upload, these are the only 3 of this type of boat available here in the UK. This is a comparison between all 3 showing you the pros and cons and the things I've done with them.

    Nah then, ay up me duck.
    Once again you provide yet another interesting alternative to the standard inflatable kayak, very useful for an amateur like me in the market for a kayak.
    You asked what I'd been looking at on another post, sorry I'm only just getting back to you on that. I think for me it's got to be your standard inflatable, a two man for the extra storage space as I plan on doing some kayak camping and am also a large fella. Ideally drop stitch and one that's comfy for a big fella. Budget is still unfortunately an issue as I've now been signed off work for over a year due to my mental health but I'm definitely on thy look out. Again, thanks for an interesting and informative video my friend 👍🙂

      The Spinera in this style is also available in a 2 person and I believe a 3 person version is available too. Stable, robust, capable of carrying a ton (not literally 🤪) of gear. However if budget is an issue this might not work. I'd suggest one of the Itiwits. Although popular I've never had one though.

      @@MoreThanJustaCleaner
      I must admit the Itiwit's are a popular choice for me as there's a ton of them out there, they do a drop stitch one and there's also a Decathlon literally just up the road from me in the car. Funnily enough I got talking to lovely couple earlier today on one of the local canals *Erewash; and they had hired an Itiwit from Decathlon for the day, something I didn't know Decathlon did.

    Anybody had any experience in surf with any of these inflatables? Looking for an all rounder that can be used in moderate surf. A more upturned front seems preferable as they dont dig in/nose dive throwing you off once paddling to catch the wave.

      I have done a sea paddle in The Brent although it was really calm. I think with these, as long as you carry some sort of bilge you'll be fine. It's just getting past the breakers 😁

    Amazing infos great video mate ...what about differences with drop stich kayaks ? Is there any advandage over them for sea use ? As the price is near

    • @MoreThanJustaCleaner
      @MoreThanJustaCleaner  Год назад

      I'm glad you like the video. These are a bit like paddle boards on the sea in that they're very stable. If the water is choppy you are likely to get water in the cockpit and even if the cockpit was totally full it wouldn't sink but you'd be sat in it. Therefore some kind of bilge option is useful, however a bilge should be standard on any sea craft really.
      I'm assuming you're asking what they're like in comparison to a 3 panel DS boat? I can't say because I haven't tried mine on the sea, however there are plenty of people on RUclips or in the FB groups who have. From what I've seen they prefer to go out on calm seas, which to be honest that should be the standard regardless of the type of craft.
      For me personally, knowing the 3 panel crafts are generally less stable, I'd prefer the hybrid.
      I hope that helps 😁
