you do realise this scene was loosely based off a real life swat incident where the swat sniper pretty much did the same thing. the only major difference was said real life incident was at suspects house not an Rv park
@@dwayne_jr No. The OP is correct. Snipers are lethal force vectors when they take shots. Depending on training, they either shoot for the center of mass or the center of the "vermillian line" on the head to ensure the target goes down permanently. Shooting a weapon from the had is never done, as scenes are too fluid for that to be a viable shot at the ranges snipers operate at.
