So many good restaurants and trips around Negril and the Island. The beach is absolutely stunning. Locals are friendly and helpful and the food is divine. Jamaica is absolute paradise❤
Big up ,and thanks 🙏🏾 for the video luv it well detailed, when I come home I’ll definitely have to visit negril hope u enjoy your stay ,zeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen ❤👌🇯🇲🇯🇲🇬🇧🇬🇧
We will be going back to the hotel Riu Negril in April for the fifth time since I have retired from the U.K. we have been to a few places around the world but Jamaica is a favourite it’s like a second home use
Thanks for your feedback. I always recommend having cash upon your arrival, $200-$400 is a good starting point. Several banks can convert into Jamaican dollars for a small fee. ATM's are also widely available in the city. If you review this video, you will see that plaza which also has a bank/atm.
Negril is supposedly “the essence of relaxation” but thats not true with all the loud music, street traffic, locals barking selling you weed, or local neighborhood blow horn. Its the essence of party and noise for sure. All these videos don’t paint the whole picture.
Thanks for your comment. As you can see in my video, none of that was present but sure during certain times of year, street parties are kept there in Negril. That does not discredit the fact that Negril, Jamaica is one of the most beautiful cities in Jamaica. I recommend visiting (Treasure Beach) for a more relaxed setting. Check out that episode on my channel, Jah bless!
@@JahBlessTravels I shouldn’t use the word party. There were no parties. But there was a lot of loud noise at various times. It was unpredictable. You never got “the essence of relaxation” for long there and I was there during off season. Im saying for youngsters who don’t care about noise, Jamaica is ok. Negril is not a beautiful city. Lot of trash there piling up and half of shops, restaurants, and mini malls are permanently closed, unkept, and dirty. Covid lockdowns devastated Jamaica. It never recovered. Your video is out of date. I was just there.
@@mikemccormick8115 I take it you’re not a big fan of Jamaica. Not all cities and countries are the same, the goal is embracing the culture and learning something new.
@@JahBlessTravels I’ve travelled the world, both from military service and airline employment in a career in aviation lasting 41 years. You cant lecture me about embracing different cultures which is one of the main enjoyable parts of travel. You miss my point. I like Jamaica overall, but its not a place for quiet relaxation, peace, and quiet as these videos suggest, young man.

Thanks for your comment. You’ve picked a great city to call home. Negril is still one of my favorite cities there in Jamaica.
I prefer the local hotels/guest houses on the beach. More authentic
❤
Man! That vegan restaurant seems delicious, I must check it out when I get there 🍺🍺
Most definitely, you won’t be disappointed as it’s right on the beach as well.
