Probably mechanical failure of some sort. I have a friend that works as a pilot for the army in a (redacted)😂. profession and in his words the majority of his missions are search and rescue for crashed/emergency landed V22's. He's retiring before the army adopts their VTOL.
Now I know what the ants go through when I land my drone. Collateral damage.
