Inside the washing machine of ours, the drum is seen slightly misaligned while rotating rapidly, is this normal for any washing machine (misaligned, such as one part is seen above while rotating, the opposite part is seen slightly below)
We bought the Washing Machine first time in our life so we don't know about these!

Hi.. This usually happens when we place our WM on a slight slant surface... it may not look like slant surface when we see... but uneven surface may cause the drum misalignment.. and when one other reason might be improper loading of clothes. if you load more than 3/4 of the drum capacity drum misalignment happens... for that you can use 'Drum Calibration' option.. if you dont know you can read instruction manual. you can easily find that option.. if still the problem persists plz don't use the WM. call customer care... technicians will come and resolve the problem. on more thing if you are using any Washing machine stand.. plz don't use it.. remove the stand and place the machine on a proper surface.

And yes, we are using a stand for our WM that was sold by the guy who came to fit the washing machine and the calibration was done already when we were going to wash clothes on it for the first time, so the machine asked us to do the calibration first. We have no problem with that but still nayi cheej to nayi hoti hai, usko care karna to banta he hai! And since it got fitted, we haven't wash too many clothes in it at once! Like max to nax 7to8 clothes at once!

Mam, can this be truned on/off using mobile app, few are saying that it is necessary to press the machine's button to start. Someone is saying that the on/off option becomes active in the mobile after some time. Please help.
I maybe too late. You have to press the smart control button on the machine manually each time to enable pause/start from your mobile. Without that you can only send programs to the machine and then you have to press the start button.

Why my machine not producing bubbles while washing how to select bubble option
That machine produces bubbles by default. It doesn’t need any specific setting. You cannot see the bubbles if you load the drum fully with the clothes. Just like how you can’t see the blade while running a mixer grinder. The blade actually rotates but we cannot see right? But if you specifically want to see the bubbles just load the machine with very few clothes. And one more thing if you have very hard water, the mallee may not be able to produce the foamy bubbles

May be you ignored reading instruction manual properly. In that its very clearly mentioned improper surface or using external WM stand causes such movements. Anyway till now no WM was invented with zero vibration while spinning 😅😂

Hi 😊 Every WM usually makes some sound while rinsing & spinning. if your WM is making unusual noise then there might be some problem with that particular WM. drum misalignment may cause noise. try the calibration option. overfilling the clothes in the drum may also cause weird noise. At least 1/4 of the total drum space should be left while loading the clothes. If the problem persists plz raise a complaint with customer support.

Hello Namastey 🙏😊. I ididn’t face any such problem. Probably you might be loading the tub with too many clothes. Try adding only 3/4 th clothes of the total drum capacity, providing a room for the hot air to circulate. Plz try this if yet it didn’t work try calling the support.

Oh dear 🤗you didn't select the proper program to wash baby clothes... You need to use the 'baby care' option for baby clothes..or you can use 'Cloudy day' or hygiene steam functions. it rinses the clothes with maximum temperature... and the drum spins with the maximum speed. 3rd aapane bola aap 3-4 days kaa kapda ek sath dhothe ..yeh bilkul galat thareeka hai.. kyon ki hum kabhi bhi washing machine ko uski full capacity matlab uska full drum capacity 9.5 kg ho tho usme 3/4 part hi fill karna hoga. nahito detergent kapde se properly nahi niklega.. aur kapde ki andar hi retha hai. and it's harmful to our skin and breathing. drum mein kapda properly rotate hone keliye thoda space chodna padega.. better never open the door in the middle.. especially while washing(that means when its filled with the water). if you want to add any item you can pause the WM and add the clothes that too within 2-3 minutes after starting the machine
