The prototype would make an excellent spinoff game! I mean think about it, if they worked out any bugs and kinks and turned it into a full exploratory game that's downloadable on the switch for like, $10, then they could make money off that. They can even make it non-canon and just a sort of retelling of Breath of the Wild, right? I hope something like this happens!

Steel Tarkus Or imagine a Mario Maker where you could choose from a bunch of different games with all their physcis intact and do crazy things with.
I think a Zelda Maker wouldn't work quite as well as Mario Maker simply because making actual dungeons/puzzles would be far too complex for the average guy to mess around with. Far too many MM stages are terrible. Imagine getting a terrible Zelda dungeon...blergh

MARIO KART MAKER! MARIO... *FREAKING* ... KART MAKER! BEST game idea EVER! Build your own race courses! Yes, Nintendo would have to make it easy to select certain track pieces, but imagine mixing elements like Bowser's Castle then flying over Luigi's Mansion, into Peaches castle for the last lap! You choose where the special items will be placed! Who ELSE think this is a BRILLIANT idea?

My favorite thing about BOTW that is commonly overlooked, is that combat is almost always an option. For a player like me who loves combat, i’m able to engage myself with as many enemies as i please. However, with a player like my mom who hates fighting, she’s able to avoid most enemies and focus on collecting items and exploring (which is her favorite part of the game). I played different The Legend of Zelda games in the past so when I first played this game I was so shocked. When you first started to walk around and get the Sheikah Slate, I was sooooo amazed.
And then when you went and get out of the cave and the game gave you a 180 degree view of the Hyrule, I was like "You telling me I can go to all these places, even there up the volcano???"
I was so amazed that a game like this is really possible, I am so looking forward for BOTW2

@@rohanchowdhary975 It's not just that you can go to the volcano, it's that you can climb everything, pick everything up, cut trees down, surf down mountains, swim anywhere...
It's the most interactive gameworld ever made and they filled it with wonder. Every single action is interesting and there is something intriguing everywhere you look. It still feels like a kind of miracle that a game this huge and magical got made.

"People from Europe often tell me that their children can't play a game without help when the game doesn't support their language, so we decided to translate the game to more languages."
Yeah except because I was forced to learn English this way I actually learned it pretty well. I wouldn't have learned English as well as I did as a child via videogames as I would have if I would have just learned it at school only. European children nowadays won't learn English by playing videogames anymore now that they translate it to more languages and it makes me sad.

not really related but i was trying to learn italian once so a set my assassins creed 2 language settings to italian. ended up leaving the game alone for a while and when i picked it back up i didn't even notice it was set to italian due to characters speaking italian in the english version. i find playing games in other languages is a great way to learn though. sometimes i play skyrim in french or german.

It's true. I tried playing my games in German when I had German at school, but that was only for a year. I think if I took German for a couple of years I would've still maybe played games in German. It helps so much.

Well thats true except, then why do people have to lose they're culture, tradition and language to play a game? There would only be one language, and I personally like the differences in our cultures that bring us closer together.
      I am a Canadian so.....
