I have a question. If I own a household and guest come over and they have a habit of smoking. And they ask me if they can go and smoke in the back garden which is part of my property. Can I refuse them because I don’t want to facilitate haram happening in my household and the land I own?

Assalamu alaikum. A 16 year boy is getting waswas so much. He has the waswas of kufr.
He suffers from following waswas
1.He always gets shirk and kufr taughts.
2.when he mocks or laugh at any persons, satan throws a waswas that he is mocking prophet ( Astagfirullah). When he gets this taught he think that he committed kufr and he recite his shahadah and decided to stop laughing in his entire life. Because if he laughs satan throws waswas and he have to say the shahadah again, therefore he decided to stop laughing in his whole life.And also he thinks that he laughes at any islamic video which tells about islam, he tries to stop this thought.
3.When someone curses another guy, satan throws a waswas that he is cursing prophet ( Astagfirullah).
4. He gets bad thoughts about nabi Isa. He actually want to stop those thoughts.
5. He thinks that he uttered kufr by saying something, for eg: If he says that 'My God is Allah'. He thinks he didn't say Allah, but rather he thinks that he said So and so is my God, ( Astagfirullah). If he say that 'I love islam' he immediately thinks that he said hate instead of love, and he say the shahadah.
6 th waswas is so dangerous. And this is the main.
6. When all these 5 thoughts that I mentioned come into his mind he will decide to repent and say the shahadah. But he thinks that he didn't say the shahadah, in reality he said the shahadah, so he used to repeat shahadah more than 5 -6 times, but still he thinks that he didn't say the shahadah. So he decided to record his shahadah in a voice recorded and see the time and screen shot the screen to remember that he took the shahadah. But after some days he decided to take picture of things and record shahadah so that he can remember that he uttered shahadah. In beginning everything was Okay. But this method is not using right now, he is still thinking that he didn't say the shahadah even if he recorded the shahadah, he says shahadah and record it until he feels that he uttered it and feels happiness, he say shahadah and take ghusl 15-20 times a day. And also he thinks that he is uttering shahadah to impress people, when this taught come he will face serious anxiety.
What is the solution for this. Now he is facing anxiety and depression. He wants to practice islam and he is not happy with these thoughts.He watched all the videos of scholars. But still getting waswas. What is the solution?
Satan is playing with his mind.Take him to a well known scholar and he can guide him properly

Make sure to read the morning, evening and night adhkaar. Al-Bukhaari (5269) and Muslim (127) also narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, will forgive my ummah for whatever crosses their minds so long as they do not act upon it or speak of it.”

16 year old boys go thru this nonsense. Tell him to focus on his studies and exams. As he grows up these 'waswasas' will leave him. These are more OCD in nature than waswas
