As Kellie said, it's The Field Where I Died. That episode is a double edge sword for shippers... some great stuff about their relationship but very firmly rooted in the idea they are friends and nothing more since it insinuates that Scully and Mulder are always close in past lives but only as friends or extended family members. Mulder's soulmate is implied to be someone else, and not Scully... which yeah, that's just not true - I think we can write the X-File in this episode off as crap now. lol... Out of context though, some dialogue sounds very shippy... But, God I hated that episode lol! I have to just keep reminding myself that it was from an era when series creator Chris Carter was very anti-MSR and would insist the two of them would never be romantically involved. He tried several times to get fans to stop seeing them as a couple. Syzygy was another episode where he tried this which SPECTACULARLY backfired as it in fact just seemed to instead reinforce that they had feelings for each other - especially Scully for Mulder. Anyway I digress! If you haven't see TFWID I wouldn't especially recommend seeking it out if you are a shipper.
