This is not an idol song, it’s giving me more mature vibes. I feel like Onew grew up a step as a real artist through this album. The whole album has no skips without any exaggerations for real.
truth to be told Jinki doesnt need the jumps and twists... his voice alone is capable of taking the stage. He has done several songs on these lines. I think people were just not ready for it? So they did not take the fame that they ABSOLUTLY deserved.

You should check out Onew's discography as a soloist from 2018 and with his group SHINee from 2008. They are unbelievably talented and the real trendsetters of Kpop. Always doing things their way.

it's definitely not easy for idols to have this kind of genre as the title track for their album. we know that its usually something upbeat and crazy, so this is a bold move of him. i mean i have seen it coming and im not disappointed at all. hes been in the industry for 14 years now and im happy that hes comfortable enough to have this song. it suits his voice so much, hes one of the very few idols who have versatile voices. Onew is indeed a treasure of kpop. this man deserves all the support he could get and this mv needs to have millions. KEEP STREAMING SHAWOLS!

During his fan sign, Onew said there was no official producer for this album and he was the one "in charge" for that role (which means he probably directed the whole thing himself). “Jinki took on the role of the Executive Producer. It consists of choosing the composers/lyricists to work with, directing/guiding the artistic team, choosing the songs and arranging them in a cohesive tracklist, etc. It's basically being the boss of the entire project. Nothing on a project can pass without the executive producer having a say on it. Most sm albums used to have Lee Sooman as the executive producer. Now, this era is over.”

It’s difficult to fill the holes that characterize everyone’s soul. We are lacking, needy; we often feel ourself lonely, misunderstood. With his reassuring voice Onew sang some splendid words, trying to give comfort to those holes that I was talking about. He did not try to “fill” them, he just sat near to them telling them that he respects them, that the fact that they exist makes them “special like everything else”, maybe even more, because they are those things that consent us to distinguish a human being and his life experience from another one. We’re all the same in this world of differences that moves around following a circular path. I’m truly moved by the messages that he tried to convey, he is an unmatchable artist that maybe doesn’t deserve to be categorized like others in a genre full of shallowness. Thank you Onew, for being true to yourself and for sharing such a great masterpiece with us. I will always remember this.

I hate how saturated kpop has become over the past few years with hyper-productivity and you sum up my feelings perfectly about this comeback. I’m so glad Onew chose artistry over industry impact and what came out of that decision was a masterpiece. This album and song is everything and more and I think that it’s so special that we get to experience this all together like this in this point in time.

You can always expect masterpieces like this from SHINee. They don't release something that's trendy or popular. They release that honors the art of music. It's what a true artist does. And from what we know, Onew produced/co-produced this album. He is such a musical genius.

How is this song healing? I'm having an existential crisis over here. This song makes me want to become an alcoholic and drink away the woes of this world, even though I'm not even depressed and have never drank alcohol before. This song has no hope, nor does it say that life has any real light or purpose.

I'm a babywol, and I've been struggling a lot mentally, emotionally.. I've been moving on from the past, started living by myself under guidance to finally let go of an abusive parent. SHINee truly lit up the way for me when I was at my lowest, made me remember my love for kpop. Each member is so beautiful in their own way, and I adore every single one of them. Though, since I've been struggling, I've been listening a lot to their music as an entire group, each member individually, and yet when I feel at my absolute lowest I seem to be drawn towards Jonghyun and Jinkiʼs solo music. The two of them truly inspire me... And this song specifically just, hits very hard for me personally somehow. Jinki has a beautiful voice, a beautiful sound. I don't know what it is, but it truly brings me a bit of joy even when I feel this... Down. I don't know if I should say all of this under a comment I'm not even sure anyone will see, but it brings me peace knowing Jinki is back and is smiling again. He's an amazing singer, all of SHINee is. 5HINee forever ♥️‼️

This is by far my most favorite album of Onew. There’s not a song that I like less than the others. I love all of them equally. I’ve been replaying his album since it’s release.

Circle is a song that only Onew can sing, there is no other person in the world capable of transmitting these feelings with as much depth as Onew does... it is a work of art, a masterpiece.

No es por alardear pero cada integrante tiene sus títulos, por ejemplo: Onew junto con otro tienen el de los mejores vocalistas de la industria, otro el de mejor bailarín, y así, cada uno es tan talentoso que les dieron el título al grupo más completo y talentoso de la industria, tremendas presentaciones, conciertos, voces, bailes, shows, todo es impresionante.

What is amazing about Onew is that this type of music might not be for everyone, and yet, he has earned so much respect and admiration from even those people. It's REALLY difficult to do that, but his unique voice and the way he knows how to perfectly navigate through music, is just above and beyond. You can't help but admire him.

Finally managed to watch the MV after a busy week full of work, and I'm now in tears .... I'll forever feel blessed for being here in this lifetime with SHINee... Jinki's voice always feels like a warm hug after a long day, and it just got so much better here in Circles .. thank you, Onew, for this beautiful song, for always trying new things, for just being you.
