Obama was paying tribute to those members of a generation whose values gave them the strength to fight for a future freedom. He knew first hand of those values because of his grandpatents. He is grateful for that generation. We must all be grateful for their sacrifices.

here helping from Guayaquil Ecuador, in some churches, thanks for everything you taught us and to the archdiocese, clarifying parishioners with apologetics and bible, given that some separated brothers have deceived parishioners, as towards Pablo, some have returned to the correct faith that Christ left the one who is 2000 years old, with the Venezuelan priest Luis Toro, I help in the churches here in Ecuador helping, as Pope Francis says, a vocation of a service within a service and as a missionary of mercy, we are advancing, thanks for your words of encouragement, greetings to all and to Pope Francis, your blessing Archbishop
    thank you 🙏

Can't Obama EVER talk about someone else without talking about himself ? Who cares how HIS grandparents grew up.....what values they had ? This day.....this honor..... was supposed to celebrate Fr Kapaun...and HIS legacy....not Obama's..........
