Geirangerfjord | Jostedalsbreen National Park | Norway

This tour started early morning with a drive to Hellesylt to catch a ferry to Geiranger.
Geirangerfjord is the most beautiful fjord in Norway. We reached Hellesylt only to know that the ferry tour was cancelled. We had our entire day in front of us. Sitting besides Geirangerfjord we had our breakfast and headed towards Dalsnibba from where one can get a majestic view of Geirangerfjord and Trollstigen.
On the way to Dalsnibba, we saw a frozen lake. That was a dramatic view which added to our day. What a lake surrounded by snow claded hills.
After spending some time in Dalsnibba, we headed towards Lake Lovatnet. Road besides the lake was very narrow but a lot of passing places are there.
A turquoise lake with a back drop of green hills with snow capped peak offers a splendid view.
We had our lunch besides the lake and headed back to Airbnb in Sogndal by afternoon
