Good one. If you watch the video for this song titled live at Budokan, Black Night you will see the full live performance where the audio was taken for the compilation video you watched ... and it also has English subtitles.
You will see they are playing a game like tag or hide & seek, but they are playing with an Oni - a sort of Japanese ogre.
The growling vocals on the backing track are the Oni asking things like "Are you ready?" and the correct response is "Maada da yo" (No, not yet) while doing a running away from an Oni dance.
In the Budokan shows Su was 16, Yui and Moa were both 14 ... that was in March 2014.

I understand they didn't know what to say, the first time watched I was like that too, I didn't have words just mixed feelings, and now I just love this band. there may be dozens of more recognized metal bands but for me none compares to this one, babymetal is unique!

Great reaction. Another thing that blows the mind is how Queen Su commands the crowd and they follow. If you haven’t seen road of resistance when she opens the pit for the wall of death simply by a guesture.

Nice video! I love the Tokyo Dome 2016 live video of this song. It has unique opening solos from the band and, I believe, is a sellout crowd of 55,000+!
This is a great choice to introduce new, especially young, fans, particularly if you have a translated lyric video, or, at least explain that this is a song about playing hide and seek with a demon! Really gives it a bit more gravity.
At the end, Megan asked why their songs are so long. That because, who would ever want them to end! Seriously though, the studio recording of this track is under 4 minutes, while most live versions are 7-8 minutes.

By the time you published this video the girls were 21, and the singer 23, lol. They were roughly their age when they started though. They were probably 15-17 in this video, and the singer 17-19.
Great reaction the intro isn’t part of the song the intro belongs to the kami band they sometimes open songs with their intros so when the girls came in that was the start of the song.

Although it is indeed very interesting to discover a whole bunch of different crowds through a live compilation, I would suggest avoiding such compilation for future reaction videos. Not that they're any bad, but I think you get a better feeling of what it's like to see them live when watching a live version of a song from one single live performance. : ^)
Great reaction anyway! Next I have two different suggestion, depending on wether you plan on reacting to BABYMETAL for just a few more videos (if any), or if you think you'll follow a longer route.
In the first case, I suggest you dive in their more recent work right away. Even though I absolutely love them from the start, I personally believe they're even better now. May I suggest you react to "Metali", featuring none other than Rage Against The Machine Tom Morello?
In the second case, then I suggest you first discover their very begining with the music video of "Doki Doki Morning". I feel like it's interesting to see how this whole thing started!
