You're an expert at making sure you maximize money coming in vs going out. I think it's also important to remember why we save and invest, and it's to live a better and happier life. If we're just being super frugal to save and invest as much as possible, there's a risk of overdoing it and not having fun or enjoying life. I'd rather work and have a fun lifestyle than be retired and live on a low budget. If spending money is causing stress and discomfort while you have the money to do it, it's probably a sign of overdoing it.
But a lot of Asians suffer from this scarcity mindset. An alternative would be to spend actual money on investing in yourself to be of more value as a whole. If you are truly confident and mentally healthy with yourself, money should not be EVERYTHING to you; your mind would naturally be able to focus on things like family, community, etc.
Every week I buy more of whatever is the lowest percentage of my portfolio and try to keep everything around 10%. Please what could be my safest buys with $400k to outperform the market in 2024?
How can you ensure that the money you put into your 401k and IRA will remain secure with the government when you retire? Are you sure that you will get paid?
Hi BeatTheBush, What is your annual expense? If I recall correctly, I think it's about $20K USD. If it's true, can you do new video showing your expenses (breakdowns)? I believe you own your house in the Bay Area so with property tax, insurances for both car and house, I would be very interested in how you can keep your burn rate so low. Also, maybe doing a new video on your net worth? Thank you!
Being broke and Rich all starts with the mindset. I can't count how many times I have tried to convinced people it is not always how much they make (Since they use that excuse every time) It is about how much they spend. But sadly some people don't see it. -Looking at their finances, they barely make 50k, and have 2 pets (Liability), go to concerts, buy gifts for others all the time. a car and not a place of their own.
are you doing youtube videos as a LLC or your own , or what kind of business did you or do you register your videos? that will be a good video to work on.
The good thing about money is that once you have it you don't have to think so much about it, of course as long as you understand what are the real valuable things in life.
Like how you did the solar you had an idea researched planned executed followed thru and completed do that a few times the crazy stuff you think about might actually be possible
I've done so many things that now thinking ahead is crazy I want to be a small private home developer and not only might be able to carry out an amazing dream but to potentially capitalize on my hard work experience love passion that's another story lol
That is so funny I like those broccoli rubber bands also I use to work in a office and miss all those office supplies .When I go to the bank I usually ask for a paper clip or a couple of tissues and get a free bank pen whenever I can.
Think about investing as a personal or private investment group agency or something and your employer paying that base investment into personal capital and the more you invest the more valuable you become and the more money you get paid and the more they invest in you just you controlling the funds what do you do with it lol tools machines equipment travel how can you blend and benefit work personal and private life one way or the other
Step 1) Find millionaire. Step 2) Marry said millionaire. 😂 I can relate to 0:14...The more money my wife and I get from compound interest....the more I think about money daily TBH. Probably because I never realized compound interest....it seems truly magical since its not our daily used math. Though I have to admit the more money I have the less I want to talk about money to others.... especially family and friends. What I find funny is recently I found a $20 bill on the street which gave me as much joy as the recent Nov-Dec stock market surge....
Advice was hard to understand. Are you saying that supply and demand, making a decent wage, living below my means, and investing can make me a millionaire? I wish they taught us this in school.
There's an issue of making a video that can cater to any income level, it becomes very general. There's also how fast you want to amass that amount and what standard of living you are willing to live by while doing it.
@@BeatTheBush I was being sarcastic with the comment. I love your channel and have been following you for a while. For some people making money is just common sense, not so much for the general population. thanks for the reply 🙂
@@warriortokarev my elderly cousin did exactly that and passed away at 98 with 3 million in CDs and bonds. She was a grand master frugalista though. Still had her wedding sheets...unopened in original package
At present, the most prudent consideration for everyone should be diversifying their income sources, ones not reliant on government support, particularly given the ongoing global economic challenges. This remains an opportune moment to explore investments in assets like digital currencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and XRP. thanks to Flora Elkin for her guidance in these fields, her proficiency is outstanding
Personally, I think investors will start to seek more market diversification. can i confidently invest about $350k into the financial markets in 2024? I'm still not sure how rates will affect the market just yet, which worries me a lot.
Millionaire in 2024 means you’re middle class, nothing special, not bad though. You need 10 million to achieve the same allure as what the term millionaire meant 10 or 20 years ago.
hey bro, you’re foregetting that we’re all here because of your minimal, frugal videos and financial videos, pls make more of it 🤑🤑🤑

Some treat being frugal as a sport and yes, many are overdoing it. I might be on the extreme side but I've seen MUCH worse. =D

Welcome back Francis. Life is good for you. Glad you are enjoying life traveling..
Hoping this reinvigorates your desire to make more finance videos! I'd say that's what most of us subs are here for.
Agreed!
Welcome back BTB! I've been waiting for a video like this for a long time.
Love that you explore new areas, but it's good to see the king back on his throne.
Happy you've recovered. Thanks for the vid.
Welcome Back ✌🏽 Solid Insight 💯

Welcome back to making and sharing videos!

Well this was a surprise, a good one! Hope you feeling better fully BTB.
Glad u back to business,thank you😊
EZ to become millionaire get job with 401k, max it out. Max out IRA. Do this for 20 yrs in a row. BAM, you are millionaire.
How can you ensure that the money you put into your 401k and IRA will remain secure with the government when you retire? Are you sure that you will get paid?
Are you sure you want to sacrifice that many of the healthiest and best years of your life? Why not a less depressing way
@@rickyayyLOL what’s your idea then? Even the top 1% of high income earners contribute to a Roth or 401k.

Sure I can re-review that at some point but it didn't change too much from years before.
Just what I needed, I'm glad I started!

Ahh, probably cant since I am not one. It would just be a guess.
Do a dogecoin update video
Good info, remember dodgecoin?😂 me, holding 200 plus million shib... I'm out at 1/2 penny... let's gooooo😮

Truth. 1 million is a pittance especially with inflation. Can barely retire.
