The house seeems to have good dimensions.... I have seen many apartments on youtube where the bedroom is no bigger than a closet.... This house has much better spaces.... Goood job... That would be a very suitable place to live and you could easily set it up nicer for comfort... I would never pay more than $200.00 dollars for places i have seen in dumagute or cebu... real dumps there... You did well...
Thank you ...yes it's actually great size for the price and the mess is mine as I am dealing with moving . I am going to dumaguete area as I was there few years back and my passion is daily adventures ..hot springs..water falls .beach .mountains and there is much more of this there so after 2 years here decided on a move Thanks for watching 👀
I would love to be able to find a place like that so that kind of money it would make it very much simple financially as I don't have a real large monthly income
Yes i agree and if staying away from very popular tourist destinations rents is much lower..like any country, I just moved to dumaguete where now my rent is double and smaller but with pool and some appliances, hot shower and free internet but mostly I like the choices in the area to explore so really depends your wants etc . Thank you for watching 👀
It certainly is, i will tell the landlord, to remove that's stuff, ladder from the premises, get a hot water heater, and for $110 a month is a good bargain, i guess is far from malls and shopping centers, but it really a good price for the size!!
Yes I agree and thank you for watching. I do hunt around looking for deals I am moving to another island and will be sharing the adventures there as well
For that price you can afford to make some improvements to the place, but then I would negotiate a long term contract with a stipulation that the rent will not go up.
Thanks for this video. Nice space. Excellent price. Arrived from Canada a month ago. Been cooped up in Metro Manila since then but will soon venture. I've read that this island is the King of brown outs. Is that true? But the mangos make up for that!
Welcome here I am from Canada as well .. yes some parts are very bad for brown outs I am in Calapan it's not as bad but still can be a pain at times ..in the past 2 years here it's never been out long enough to stress over tho . I don't mind Manila for about a week at a time it's fantastic on new years rent a hotel with roof top pool and watch the fire works Good luck on your adventure Thanks for watching 👀
Thank you 😊 I did make a video on best ways to find some rental deals and gave a little explanation on how this one came about . Thank you for watching 👀
Hello if you don't tell us exactly where it is how are you helping us really we need to know where it is location is everything tell us exactly where it is is it that hard to show and tell exactly where it is
This video was more based on budget it's in a compound that are owned individually and example I did another video explaining more how to find deals like this and best way .
a/c? I saw one in the window. how hot is it there? When you find a rental, are they empty? You said you just got back.. I assume you just rented it for long term since it's inexpensive. And this is probably a remote area? So many questions.. lol. I guess I should watch more of your videos.
Thank you for asking and yes please feel free to ask ...I do keep my place year around..the a/c I did buy .you can rent empty or furnished because I rent long-term I like buying my own stuff because the wll be much cheaper ..I look for places that mostly don't need a/c at night ..I like cross winds and open air but sometimes it's just hot or if ever wanted a nap then nice to have a/c
At night i do have a fan but no a/c i like open windows i will have actually look what the temperature is at night but with even a little wind it really cools it nicely down @anniesshenanigans3815
No that's for monthly rate ...normally for move in you pay first and last and one month security deposit...so for example this place at 5 a month is 15 at frist move in that gives you the first month and last months paid and one month (5) as security deposit. Thanks for watching 👀

Just Sub'd and Liked! Only in the P.I. !! Anyway you can share the name of the Apt. Complex? How & Why did you choose Calapan, Mindoro? Did you have a base (e.g. BGC, Dumaguette, etc...) before discovering Calapan? And yeah... Playing any Ads in full when and if it Pops up! (Helping hand...& why not?)
Thank you so much I really appreciate that .. I never rented long-term in BGC but have stayed in the area lots to offer there but full time city is not so much for me personally..I have lived in dumaguete and am moving back to the area as I enjoy many choices in the areas there and will share them ..I decided to try Calapan on price different and easy travel to Manila
