@@canaweldinc6706 what size rod is the main factor , 1/8" 7018 is the common size , i run this size vertical 90 to 109 amps , horizontal 110 to 125 amps DC , 3/32" rod 50 to 80 amps D.C. / also this is an important question is the machine an AC or DC machine ? 7018 is a D.C. WELDING ROD .

Yes sir you nailed it , the manual suggests a 50ft lead max. You wont have anyy problem with the 7018's at all the mosa eats em up with ease!
