Why do you apply clear whisper light again after applying black Charcoal bondage? I don’t understand. Then why do you use black charcoal what’s the point?

Going to Florida tomorrow these are not as long lasting (deceptive af on website) and this set is for more humid clients!! So irritated rn. Can we spray make-up setting spray on step ??? Could have just made an appointment for all of this for same price and I would have gotten complimentary cleaning solution 💀🤦🏽♀️
