If you have experience using a false lash applicator, this will be a breeze. Instead of applying to the top of the lashes, you affix to the underside of the lashes. Just got this kit today, followed along seamlessly, and they look gorgeous! Thank you, Lashify!!

I have a quick question: I know to avoid oils, but what if I use face oils, or under eye cream that likely has some type of oil in it? Is that okay as long as I'm super careful not to get anything on the upper eyelid?

Hello! Nothing will happen to your lash map. We just suggest the 30 min after application to ensure that you allow the bond and your new gossamer® lashes a moment to settle. Glass is optional but definitely helps with water resistance. 🖤

Omg I think my bond and whisper light is way too sticky. I can’t even brush through my lashes. Has this happened to anyone? Not sure what I should do. I just got whisper light all over my lashes because it got stuck and I blinked out of reaction 😬
Hey! How old is your bond, it should be replaced every 3-6 months. If you find it is very tacky only go half way up the lash or just build your bonds at the base (root) of the natural lash for cushion. You can also take a disposable spool and run it through the lashes to help separate product. 🖤
Do not get them soaking wet in the shower. Use our Black Magic Cleansing Puff and Blow to dry if they do become wet. Do not touch them for 20+ minutes after they become wet so that moisture doesn't build up under the spines. No thanks! Way too complicated and expensive. I'll stick with putting petroleum jelly on my eyelids at night. Makes my own eyelashes grow and get thick. I use Maybelline Volume X in the yellow tube and it works great, with just three coats.

can you use a hair dryer to blow them?
With the heat of the dryer and the speed of the air we only recommend our blow tool or just your hand to let the bond get tacky for 30-60 seconds 🖤

I imagine you can’t sleep with an eye mask?
Many of our customers use a domed eye mask as it shields their lashes from being damaged during sleep.
This is why I have been hesitant to use these.
