Mine came out too thick
1 stick + 1/2 tbs melted butter
3/4 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup + 2 tbs flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Toppings
Refrigerate minimum 30 mins.
320 F for 8-10 mins
Take out to cool

@@emilyalvarado8474 no problem lol! I wrote it down on a sticky note and have been making these for a few weeks now. The sticky note lost stickyness so i figured id write it here for it to be up forever lol. Tip: they will look not done at 8 mins but trust they are and take out to cool. When they cool after 10 - 20 mins it will be perfect. Also golf ball or ping pong ball in size is nice, any bigger it will be thick in the middle but still yummy just not as cooked.

Just a question when you take a bite out of your cookie can you taste the brown sugar ? I’m trying to perfect these I’m having this issue, I’ve whisked it all together doesn’t matter what I do always comes out like this

I made these cookies today and they didnt come out like hers all the way. The cookies looked the same and tasted amazing but it was stuck to the sheet. While I was trying to take them off they are crumbled so i'm not sure if i need to add more flour or not.
Did you add butter to the baking paper?

I’ve tried this like 5 times now. Copying ur exact amount or altering stuff. More flour, a different binding ingredient, cooking it longer etc but every time it comes out the oven it’s basically raw and u can stick your finger in it and it’s not solid at ALL, just full on sinks. What can I do

i just made it tastes sooo good
I did this just about now.
I added less sugar (i think about 70 gr) and like 30 gr less of flour
It was still too sweet for me BUT I gotta say it's a good recipe.
The consistency wasn't the same as the video but eggs may vary too so I'm not worried about it.

What’s you best way to not put so much air inside because every cookie I make turns really fluffy basically
did you let them cool off for awhile if so they will look like hers. Mine just keeps falling apart
@@VanityChicklike after baking or before because they chill in my fridge for 30 mins before going into the oven and after they are done baking they cool off for 10 mins
drop the baking sheet with the cookies a few times...saw it on RUclips ☺️

ive made several tries to make cookies according to the lady’s recipes but it always turn out that the cookies are TOO sweet. I put brown chocolate instead of milk chocolate to make it less sweet but this time i have mms and i wonder how to make the flavor balanced. Like, how much sugar shall i put…mb smb gives me an advice

Nope, flour isnt heat treated and the egg is raw
@@Epicred1997 buuuuutttt if you have pasteurize eggs and you cook off the flour0 in the recipe before hand I think it's OK. You might be able to replace the eggs with milk (or a mixture that you'll find if you googled it) research before of course because I might be wrong this is just stuff I heard from my friend
