The hypocrisy of this generation… if you have that mindset about plastic surgery, then why criticize so much people who bleach?!!!
Put this in luganda please
Hi bump love, I would like to get in contact to Mula Kasula about my surgery that I want to take...kindly share it please. Thanks for the show...Greetings from California.

Muna is so well spoken, gentle as well☺️
@Bumploveug i had a terrible accident in 2014, since then I have lived with scars on my Pretty face and the left hand...but when you think of the costs😢😢😢 one will need to sacrifice alot..i have tried to love myself and build my confidence and accept that this is how am going to live for the rest of my life, since I can't afford the plastic surgery and have nothing to do about it.
Thank you for sharing this information
So sorry about the accident. We pray that your self love is rebuilt back to original. You are still you. Same beautiful you. Keep reaffirming yourself. You survived for a reason. ❤
Wow......enjoyed the informative kb. Beautifully hosted by glowing Rachael....obugalo ladies and to fellow dr.
Im learning!! I love being here.
Thanks for always being open and realistic about some topics I wouldn't dare to discuss and for this particular episode you've shared about the plastic surgery thanks alot and I know a person that wants to have the change on particular parts of her body but can't afford the plastic surgeries so she opts for these other alternatives like bum enlargement pills, boob enhancement creams, flat tummy tea and so on. I'm kindly requesting you to share with us about these other options that people run to because one of my friends actually went for those local local remidies and they haven't worked and she's going trying out different types hoping that at least one of them will give her the results she's desperate for. She can't afford the plastic surgery but she wants the perfect body that she doesn't have. Please I personally failed to talk my friend out of this and it hurts that there is nothing I can do about this obsession that she has over the perfect body she wishes to have. I'm worried that one day she might have to suffer for all the things she's doing to her body in the name of getting a perfect body
Hello, this is a great show indeed.
And I would like you to consider doing a show about PCOS as it is one of conditions that really stresses women. Thanks
Ladies, I loved this. Hanging out with you is an enjoyment. Pumla may you pleasseeeeee do a show on financial management...puliziiiii
Pumla kindly take this serious we shall appreciate.
Ladies you always educate us very much only that I guess for surgery, its just a mindset mostly the changes that happen after having children. As a believer the lord looks at all our life journeys from the beginning to the end so he definitely knew those changes so for me I don't see the necessity as long as I work out and keep healthy its all I need.
I agree. Its a beautiful mark that should come with procreation
The whole crew is back 👏👏...
This is a very informative discussion. Can you ladies atleast share places so we consult and start saving early.
Would be glad
Muna wow...She just makes you want to start saving right away 😊....Let me first think of the why?!😅 Ladies, this was a great episode 👌
Thank you so much ladies for the show
If i would go back in time,Pumla would be my best teacher,(G.O.A.T)her perspective and opinions are all round.
Hahahaaa! Lwakuba I'm not the most patient person so maybe that's why God released me from that profession 😂
So far so good the most resource full episode ❤❤❤❤❤🎉

Have been watching you and all along thought had subscribed to your channel. Love you all
Puma on the show, yeeeee❤.smart and educative mothers.
Thank you Nakirya
Ladies, there is also a documentary on youtube about how plastic surgery started. They even show those world war images and people getting reconstructive surgery. Just, in case you were wondering how to get this information. Otherwise, this conversation was much needed. I mean, Zari even got her legs done.
We are living in a generation of no fear😅
NO FEAR 😊
I just love Pumlas honesty
I'd like to think that honesty is my strongest virtue
Your reply is true@Pumla

Eaaa this lady does beautiful Decor .. it really looks beautiful
oba Pumla tumusasule? the ka lesson at the beginning really changed my mentality on plastic surgery! Thank you!
Let them pass around a kibo 😅
Rachael is glowing, keep it up gal
Having had a work colleague and a very close friend who passed away due to complications of anesthesia and hematoma after abdominoplasties, both leaving behind very young kids. I swore off any kind of elective surgery.
However, as long as you're not running to cosmetic financing, do and live you.
Thanks bumplove ladies, i love how Pumla you so rich with knowledge and able to serve generously ❤...
Angie wow 👌 but Recho has surprised me today, i thought she would say God will ask her in😂😂 heaven 😂😂😂
But why are you people like this? God will ask her where? Temuli bangu 😂😂😂

Awesome episode. My small issue was the sound. Other's mic's were louder than others. Thanks.
Nabachwa nkutumidde. Thank you, ladies, for the great show.
Nange nkutumidde 😊
This has been an amazing topic
Didn't expect Manuela to be for surgery. She's deep on purpose and I was thinking that even our physical appearance is part of the big picture. I would think God knows all things. My worry is after the beauty surgery, then it's sex change and then skin color and what next. Great show as always. I love love Bump love
God knows all things but if you have impaired vision, you just be there waiting for God to know that too or you assist yourself and get yourself a pair of spectacles. Like - Who decides where we draw the line? It is us. Science came foras. Let us not diminish its value.
For medical reasons yes, for beauty reasons mhhhh 🤔
Pumla I love love ur analysis and positivity and modernity, self love just continue walking high.....
Aaaaaaaawwwwww....thank you Hilda
Beautiful conversation ladies asante sana ❤
Just here to check on Manuela! I hope you're okay...

Gigantomastia.
It's actually classified as a medical issue and often causes shoulder discolorations.
Wow. So enlightening. The way I hate my boobs after 3 kids! My once baywatch boobs now look like flat mandazi. Definitely considering surgery. Looking forward to hearing from the surgeon.
Rachel is looking so sweet today!

Talk about life after the sugary. A friend did a gastric bypass but she now has to eat specific food and is ever on supplements to keep in her shape. If she talks like two months without exercising she feels pain. No one every prepares one enough. Lately she says it’s the worst decision she ever made for it has her more conscious than before. She did this surgery a decade ago.
If the doctor comes on the show he could give more insights on years after the surgery.
I think after effects should be discussed too... I want a breast reduction and a breast lift
Great episode and teaching
I love the say “bring me back “❤
Thank you camera man for zooming in on Angie's boots...pretty pretty!
🤭 *blush
Pumpla oozes CONFIDENCE. This girl🙌
Thank you Suzanna ❤
Thanks for the show ladies
I wanted to hear about the scars after surgery but no one talked about. Do they disappear?
Best decision of my life was to have a breast reduction at the age of 40. My physical and mental health really improved.

This was so informative! For me definitely a tummy tuck 😂 I think I’m done having babies
My thoughts about plastic surgery were like Rachel's nti banange no solicited pain especially not for looks and spiritually no disturbing God's image. After this show, I am thinking twice mubutufu why should I struggle is there are solutions. Siping on hot water as I wait for Muna's contact or Dr. Mombasa.
