This has really been impactful on me. I have rewatched this episode thrice. I love the composure of Rachael, the happy Rosette and the bitter truth that Pumla and Manuela always point out. I have been struggling with a decision but now I feel I am more empowered to make a choice.

On the note of public opinion, I saw Pipo trolling Pumla because she said she dated someone who used to fuel her car...And man Twitter was on fire..What shocked me was this was a woman saying a positive thing about a man or an ex...most pipo are too bitter to even acknowledge positivity in an ex, but besides us who watched the whole show we knew the genesis of the episode not just a cut-out 1-minute clip...I WAS CONFUSED...Also, Bump Love is the only show that's positive and empowers loving, kind, empowered women...Now i wanted to respond with bitterness on that Twitter post and troll them back..but i realized BUMP LOVE is a positive space and i let the haters be coz like Rosette said they don't matter...ALSO, I AM STILL WONDERING WHY THE SOCIETY IS SO NEGATIVE AND BITTER.
Rachel is sooooooo my twin because eh 🤦🏿♀️ nga I've suffered with "being soft". Goodness 🤦🏿♀️ even my family has always told me that I'm not aggressive enough, my supervisor at work recently told me that I need to develop thick skin because I'm always looking for more peaceful ways to resolve conflict and avoid confrontation at all costs. So many times I have had to find myself trying to morph into a version of who they say I'm capable of becoming, which would then in retrospect propel me to where they think I should be in life and it always backfires, sadly, on me alone and going through the repair and rebuilding always takes alot out of me and I honestly feel lost at this point. I feel like I've allowed so much noise into my life that I've forgotten who I am. I hope to find myself one day. Thank you ladies for always holding space for us, in every way, shape or form in a world where it's so easy to forget oneself.
Wow..this is so relatable! You took the words right out of my mouth..life shapes us and builds that thick skin consciously or unconsciously. It takes a deliberate decision to start looking more inward than outward for validation. It is very liberating. People slowly begin to adjust to the new version of you. Start slowly by setting some boundaries and stick to them.

Rachael was right about personality types, there are people who are not rational, logical in their approach to life and while they will arrive they are wired to sit in their emotions and must marinade in them to go forward! They actually don’t like to be rushed through their emoting process. There is nothing rational about emotions

I think I needed this especially as a young girl who has just finished university. Am now at a point where I am the major decision maker in my life. It's tough though but learning slowly especially that part of dealing with the consequences. But with help of bump love ,I will be there soon.
I have been a BumpLove fan for a while but I must admit this is probably the one episode that struck me the most. Such a timely episode ❤I relate most to Rachel and the need for external approval. Last week I was teaching my teenager and preteen about decisions (choices). I told them that sometimes you don’t need to even go to the prayer meeting, if only you made the right decision. And most people are going about from prayer meeting to another because they started off with a bad decision. And coming from me (a prayerer) is such a big one. We must make informed researched well thought out prayed through decisions.

I think I needed this especially as a young girl who has just finished university. Am now at a point where I am the major decision maker in my life. It's tough though but learning slowly especially that part of dealing with the consequences. But with help of bump love ,I will be there soon.

I struggle a lot with decision making,let me camp here and thanks a lot for the show.
Last week I was teaching my teenager and preteen about decisions (choices). I told them that sometimes you don’t need to even go to the prayer meeting, if only you made the right decision. And most people are going about from prayer meeting to another because they started off with a bad decision. And coming from me (a prayerer) is such a big one. We must make informed researched well thought out prayed through decisions.
