In your video you talked about how you hooked up both your fog and your low beam to the high beam so you could still have control of your fog lights, could you tell me which way the diode needs to be ran going from the high beam to the fog fuse? Thanks
Good vid. Just to clarify...I will still be able to control my fog lights with the button? So if I turn them off they stay off until I turn them back on, and stay on anytime the truck is running if my switch is turned back on?
Question. I can no longer user my fog light switch after connecting or possibly reversing the polarity using my fog to hi beam, now I must connect my fog to low beam just to enable my fogs..? Think I just fried the diode or do you think my relay is stuck closed? Thanks for your help.
HI,, I have a question I don't have lowbean light on the left side ( passanger sidea) plus my rear light and break out light on a cheavy Silverado 15000/year 20000 any suggestion I will appreciate. Thanks
Ted Benavides same way. Always run the diode with the silver band facing toward the power source. So the high beam will feed the low but when you have just low on, they wont backfeed.
Because the voltage will feedback to the source when you turn your other lights on. the diodes act like a one way valve, so you can control which lights trigger what.
I want to thank you for your video. Most video's for this mode doesn't show which direction the diode is going and yours did. 2005 Silverado.
I am really liked your video..can you pls send me the one on jump from high beam relay to the low bean relay pls
I have a Chevy avalanche. 2003
How I would I tap my DRL to my low beams??? To keep them running all the time
I like that with the fog lights cause i just removed mine and wired up KC Daylighters to the harness so it works perfect
Are you still providing those diagrams? I’m in need of that information.

why cant i use a jumper wire?
Because the voltage will feedback to the source when you turn your other lights on. the diodes act like a one way valve, so you can control which lights trigger what.
Can you send me your diagrams or where can i send you my email?
