Ye hui na baat.Yeh proper receipe hai.Maine Ajmer mai khaya hai aisa tasty poha ek uncle banate hain.Main secret was steaming aur mai humesha yahi sochta tha ki mera poha uncle ke pohe se dry kyun hota hai. That moisture was missing over there. Thankyou madam.
