I just had a client get a completely updated 2 bed 2 bath condo in a nice complex for about that price and it’s only 10 minutes to the beach! You can easily find nice 1 bedrooms for cheaper than $250,000 here not on the beach
It’s a town full of people who don’t want the hustle and bustle, noise, and traffic of a big city! It’s got good food, good beaches, and great people! 🙂
