Side note: Yemen actually does have a few dams, and on Wikipedia, it states that "Yemen has been recognized for the magnificence of its ancient water engineering" so maybe it was ahead of its time. Holy shit I just saw the new show with the Muppets and Dr. Teeth so this podcast is starting off strong. Technically Jackson is wrong and Animal is actually the drummer who battled Dave Grohl. Dr. Teeth is the pianist and a vocalist.

As a bassist I was not offended by Zack's statement about bass in the last podcast, but interestingly there are a lot of memes and jokes in the music sphere about the rivalries between different instrumentalists, and it's honestly not too different from the jokes people make about people who main certain smash characters.
Bass is one of those instruments I feel you really don’t notice unless the band makes a point of it. A group with a pretty notable bassist is Band-Maid. She’s got some wild solos
India has Pass the Parcel, but it is way more sadistic than the Aussie version. Music plays, u pass the parcel until it stops. The person who gets the parcel is given a random punishment which they have to perform. The person who wins is the person who doesn't get the parcel till the end. Way more fun than the Aussie version imo
