Another inspiring session on the lathe - even if you are not into fishing. Many thanks.

Hi, I would love ro know which jaws you are using there that can grip a 3mm bamboo skewer. I make floats professionally using two axminster lathes but use standard chucks on the live end - would be nieto just leave my sk114 chuck in place all the time instead of when I need to center drill larger pieces (none of my current jaws go smaller than 10mm. Thanks.

Hi there, the jaws used were step jaws (www.axminstertools.com/axminster-woodturning-aluminium-internal-step-jaws-107607) however, a safer and more versatile option would be pin jaws (www.axminstertools.com/100mm-spigot-jaws-810067) Hope this helps!

What make of accelerator do you use with the CA glue? As I can’t find anywhere that sells Titebond accelerator in the UK.
