The dough:
125g honey
100g butter
50g white sugar
50g light brown sugar
1tsp of cream ( sour cream/ crème fraîche)
1 egg
350g plain flour
1tsp baking powder
The cream:
600g sour cream (crème fraîche)
1/2 lemon zest and some juice
40g sugar
