As someone who lives in the Midwest United States, I can confirm that Faith II just depicts the average Thursday night out in the roads. It's only an issue if the corn screams back.
I remember two years ago or so I saw a post on Tumblr where someone suggested a fishing game that started out normal but then the fish you caught got stranger and stranger, and the game gradually turns into a horror game. I didn't expect someone to make a game based on that idea, and I'm pleasantly surprised. I also remember watching LPs of They Breath back in 2014, the game is still as good as I remembered it to be. Short and sweet.
@@keemstarkreamstar7069 Be mindful that this game, if I recall correctly, was made for a GameJam. Its more or less a short game so just because the creepy stuff comes in quickly, doesn't make it bad. The changes that occur, in my opinion, are pretty subtle.
Northbury Grove's anachronisms bug me to no end. Late '70s prog rock coming out of an early '80s boombox, being filmed on an early '90s VHS camcorder held by a guy looking for a late '80s IBM PC clone sitting out in the woods on a desk. While being followed around by a girl dressed like an pornstar from the early 2000s who's doing her best Lydia impression. I get the feeling the creator came to be an adult long after each of these eras had passed. Because just for the hell of it they threw in smartphones and 16:9 digital signal TVs. What the fuck is this game?!
When I saw the smartphones I nearly assumed it was intended. Mixing up tech on a margin of 30 years? Kinda understandable if you don't have a good grasp of these times plus it can depend on the area, but smartphones are an icon of millenial culture. Maybe there's a reason, or maybe they actually goofed that hard, I dunno
I really do want Albino Lullaby Episode 2 to come out. Their website still lists it as coming out in 2017 but they keep reassuring people that it's coming.
Albino Lullaby is dead in the water, they've been pushing the release date back many times before going dead silent on the community, the developer even set their profile to private cus people were noticing how much time they spent playing games.

I tried playing that fish game to see if Vinny missed anything and the only different things I saw were that if you throw the meat back the water turns red and one catfish I ate randomly gave my dude those weird teeth until I caught the next fish. Anything that I missed?
