How have the Cuomo bros NOT benefited from their family name? As was discussed in the piece, NY is a city that vastly depends on its rich population both for their tax dollars and their philanthropy. People love to dump on the rich without acknowledging how much they drive the economy with luxury goods, hiring, TAX BASE and endowments to the arts. Remove them from the equation and you’d be surprised at the hole left behind.

Detroit is the Angkor Wat, and New York is the Tikal (or Yax Mutal, as the natives probably called it 1100-1200 years ago.) Only fitting that that should be near Nigaragua, where the Sandanistas, that de Blasio was involved with, did their thing.
Even high taxes are tolerable if you get good government. That means safe streets and you business not getting looted - to name just a couple of things.
