How many times have you felt this way?
It's the "bad girl" syndrome and I'm plagued by it 😫
Standing in my strength is a daily battle, but it's one that I am willing to fight because I'm sick of always feeling "less than."
I'm currently not speaking with one of my family members and it's giving me holy pause. I'm praying that this time will help me gain a deeper understanding of what I want & need in this cherished relationship.

From personal experience, it's best for everyone to take care of their own health issues first before committing to anything else. If we're not healthy, how can we be productive and serve our families and neighbors, etc.?
Yes. Family is most important, but sometimes some family members are NOT emotionally healthy, and when that behavior starts affecting others negatively, it's time to create proper, healthy boundaries. It's not an option, or innocent people wind up suffering for the mental and emotional and spiritual issues of others. Don't feel guilty. Feel that you're being responsible. God bless you all.

Dear Chyna, I most wanted to. I love that you are a real person. You show us the good, bad, and ugly. I mean this in a. most loving way. Because I've been surrounded by people including family. Who I used to always no matter what took the heat. Even when in. MY ❤️ of hearts. I knew it wasn't me. I am the type of person who just wants peace, love. I feel horribly when something goes wrong or I plan something correctly. Yet am told that I was wrong. So I would always just take whatever to keep the peace. I'm growing each and every day. I'm a grown woman. A bit older that you. Yet I've always allowed others to control me. I had to put the brakes on. It's scary because I've been working on my relationship with Jesus. Because I know we are in the last days. It's all their in the Bible. I don't smoke, drink or use drugs. Except for my B/P, HRT, one for Depression. I've tried to go off it. Yet each time I due. I get extremely bad. I've spoken to some family. My girls who I have all 1st cousins. All 5 have suffered great loss, parents, children, and husbands. I shared with one when her husband had passed from. Cancer. She was saying how depressed she was. How she had some very dark thoughts going in her head. I suggested she go seek a good therapist. They could do some tests. Probably put her on something her depression and nerves. I was attacked verbally. She said I am praying to God. Without ceasing. I said I understand. However you were I. The caretaker mode. For her husband. He passed over. Yet she was falling apart. She told me off and said that no power was greater than God. I agree. Yet I also said who due you think God made Drs, and Therapist for. To help his children to regain their sanity. Yet I was told really quick. Just because I was on a med for depression. Maybe I was not praying enough. That cut me so deeply. Because I pray without ceasing. I told Rosa that if our Creator didn't thinke as humans need help at certain times. Then why did he make of give them the desire to become a Specialist, Therapist, or Surgeon? She will run to one for her knee. Go see the eye Dr. To me it's the same thing. Why do you pick and choose? If your so, againstt all forms of help. When you worked for 20 years for a good Doctor. Just pray harder formyojr eyesite to come backmlrmylu knee to be healed. Yet you choose to, have replacememt of your knees. So to me I may be simple minded about things. Yet it says in our Bible their is a time and a season for all things. I also said I'm not saying you have to stay on whatever they give you forever. However your not sleeping, eating, your nerves are like barb wire. To me that tells younylu need to get someone whom you can discuss your grief with and how it's affecting your health. Yet she was. Or having any of it. That hurt. We were very close all my life. We of course still love each other. Yet by my suggest
she seek out a Specialists to help her go through this pain. She flatly refused. Yet years ago she broke her arm. She was at the ER. In a matter of mi Utes. To me it's the same thing. I believe God gave use Drs, therapist. To help us in our time of need. So I feel you. Their have been quite a few family members. I've had just distance themselves. Because they are not able to agree to disagree with certains things. It hurts because I've taught myself to speak about God as we know different churches practices. Doctrines. Which is why I am a Non denominational . Idc if your Baptist,Methodist,Catholic,to name a few and they have different teachings. However. All that really comes down is how that church preaches on certain choice verses in the Bible. Yet we all have the same Bible. So for me I seek out answers. Because in the scripture. It tells us a workman need not be ashamed. To study and dive into the word. We are saved by his grace through our faith. Not of works least any a should boast. I was taught by 2 wonderful Christian parents who took both of us children to church. Yet now so many don’t pray for discernment. Because if you are a child of God. You should also know that Satan has ppl inside each church. He is like a ravenous wolf, in a sheep, clothing seeking those to devour. I was taught to not believe anything anyone tells you before you go seek out answers for yourself. Because the reason lies are believed by ppl. It has been proven by surveys. Will tell you if a lie is spoken enough times by others it becomes truth to them. However with Jesus who knows how many hairs we have upon our head. He knows the truth the entire truth because he is our creator. To me the strangest thing is when we are get told something. Enough times others believe it to be a fact. Yet when the truth is spoken. Ppl do t believe it. We as a society have gotten really lazy about seeking the truth rather than saying brother so and so said this, and so therefore it is fact. Rather than using the mind that God gave each and every one of us to go seek out and see if what you were told is the truth, the whole truth, not something that was a lie and just repeated enough times so it’s been heard for years as being such so it must be. And these and times we as Christians people we need discernment we need to know what is true and what is not true especially about God and God‘s plan for us yet so many and it breaks my heart. They don’t go seek anything if it’s told by someone in power then they accept it as, the honest God truth. Even our own government, they make us pay taxes every single year we buy our property we pay taxes on it. We buy it. We maintain it yet. We still every year must pay taxes on the property that we’ve already paid for over and over again, so we’ve been even if you don’t do it if you don’t believe me do a deep dive into the common law versus Maritime law we are practicing sea or Maritime law and when I found that out 15 years ago, it really blew my mind. I was sharing with everybody about it and they thought I was just cuckoo, so I’d never try to push my believes or opinions on others yet if I see a opening of any person wants to say or know something about God they’re scared because of job policies versus oh you can’t say merry Christmas you must say happy holidays, which is to me it’s just nothing but Satan. We know that the time is near because if you read the book of revelations, it tells you everything we will know the time nor the hour of God‘s return yet we can look and follow the signs and the seals and the events that forecast what is coming and you and you can tell, we are in the last days, so Satan is doing everything he can to get as many souls as he can with this last battle. I am so happy to know that I believe God wins. It says God wins not Satan yet. I don’t even subscribe to television except for family based faith, Ormovies or whatever because there is so much Rage, murder, blood craziness, people psychopath, and all this kind of nonsense and I’ve been found out why I let my child watch what I watch. Let my young granddaughters watch from Disney World. The movies that were just like the little mermaid the lion King there is Mickey Mouse Minnie mouse. There is so much demonic things and that and it is taking me the last eight years to actually realize what was right there in front of my face, once you see it you can’t see it. They have this transgender going on. They’re not allowing children to be children. My child wanted to be a shark, but he was not a shark. He was a little boy so they need to leave our children alone quit giving them pure blockers so that they don’t go through puberty, but I love you. You show us the good the bath and everything else in between that’s the type of person I used to be. I still do but just a few if you try to shove the Bible down somebody’s throat they were turn around and run, but when I get a chance,like you riding in a golf cart, somebody says about Jesus and they say yes then I start talking. I feel like that I need to plant a seed in hopes it will,grow. Never let a chance pass to,speak,of,our wonderful all knowing God. Who,loved,us,so very much he gave his only,Son. To be killed in order to pay for us and our sins. That should tell,you something huge. I’m so proud of the work you’re doing. I love you my Sister in Christ please keep me in your ❤ and prayers. Chynna, I agree with you about "pauses." Do you know, we might actually be preventing more sinful stuff happening by avoiding useless conflict and letting things be. You can still pray and love, but abuse is too destructive. I agree about the holy pause. Love you
PS sometimes we/ I feel like I'm supposed to fix everything. But that's Jesus' job, and we might not even see it in our lifetimes, and we have to give it to Him
We forgive and let go and let go my siblings and I suffered horrific violence most of our childhood. One of my siblings is mean and fights and we all have to stay away

I understand completely! My Mom just passed, and I have 2 other family members with stg 4 cancer. I am facing a back surgery and as much as I want to be bedside with my relatives I just can't. I'm sending lots of cards and taking care of me. God bless you!

I was born with a guilty conscience. That's what I tell people. I always believe that what ever went wrong, for what ever reason, it's my fault. I'm 54 years old and I'm still battling this belief.

I understand. My sister cut me off because together we made the decision ( along with another sibling) to place my difficult elderly mother in assisted living. But my mother blames my husband and sister jumped on that and decided I’m to blame. 🤷🏼♀️. I have enough other stuff in my life to worry about it. I just sink into the Lord to get through it all.

Chy I feel misunderstood and sometimes embarrassed around people especially since I got sick. As much as I want a solution. Right now there isn’t one. I have regular relation problems like everyone else but the added health issues compounds everything. Always nice to hear what’s going on with you..❤
I just wrote and it’s gone. Codependency is when we are ok if others r ok w us. So I’m working on the same thing. A friend ghosted me after years of friendship.. same time my other close friend died. Of all times to be ghosted by a close friend broke my heart.
Our feelings aren’t always wrong but I watched being raised by emotionally immature parents. It causes us to not know how to regulate our emotions because we weren’t taught.❤u

You are so wise! Taking a break is very healthy and allows both parties to do a lot of thinking. Taking a break does not mean that you cannot pray for the other person and for your relationship. Everything in God’s timing! When we take a break from others we can think good thoughts about them while hanging out with people that truly get us!

Benign tumors can still put pressure on other body systems. Please put yourself first even if that means it’s not going to be fun. You are needed and loved by so many . Don’t gamble with your health. I know I’m lame and sound like such a buzzkill but please reconsider postponing your surgery.

I had no idea you were still singing with Wilson Philips (I know....stupid me). That is so awesome!!! You guys have brought so much healing to many people (including myself) with your music. I understand what you're going through with not being on speaking terms with a family member. I have a similar situation. I stay in prayer all the time. I have to protect myself from certain people. It doesn't mean they are a bad person; it just means that for my own protection, I have to keep my distance. Stay in prayer and ask for wisdom, and live an ascended life, Chynna.
