That guy is Danielo…….,Daniela’s alter ego. She did a live where she is having fun with the Instagram filters, and she get a mustache filter and says that she’s Danielo, jajaja. And when they did the casting they said come disguised as us, In whatever past form of us, well something like that. They are great, and they just released another video for “Six Feet Deep” naysayers and haters…. They will relate Im guessing.

This is probably my favorite music video from The Warning. Shortly after following them on Facebook there was a post announcing they had opened the casting call that was previously limited to their Patreon members to everyone. I love how creative they were with this, and that guy playing Dany is hilarious! I've been reading in the comments for other videos that there are a bunch of easter eggs for their longtime fans in this one. Thanks for the reaction, and I hope you're enjoying the summer vacation. I look forward to more reaction videos!
Thanks so much for your support! Yeah this one might be one of my favorites too. Such a fun and cool song. They just keep getting better and better. I saw they are coming to my hometown but the tickets sold out fast. I might have to look on the second hand market to go see them.

A love letter to their fans. EVERYTHING in the video has meaning. Danielo of course, the narwhal costume (Dani in the recording for ‘Error’ Halloween 2020). The inflatable doughnut (Dany from last years south America tour). Even P011 with the piece of paper with “Burnout” on it is a reference to Pau’s cake decorating plan for her ‘Mayday’ pre-save instagram video. Even for the new ‘Six Feet Deep’ video, it’s worth watching their Ellen Show appearance beforehand 😉

Yeah, Ale's basslines are one of the big highlights of their music for me.
Rudy, their manager, came up with the video idea. He produced it, co directed and co wrote the script. Those are all real fans in the video, including the 3 'winners'. Told the fans to dress up as them from any era. Of course it wouldn't be a The Warning video without Easter Eggs. The fake audience near the end is their ode to the Rock Band video game. The guy that won for Dany is representative of her 'I.G.' alter ego Danielo.🤣. I like the choice for Pau, btw her real name is Paola Villarreal, no relation, she did a video on her channel , a reaction/explanation video. Her channel is 'Lin Vaam'.
You stopped the video and missed some of the behind the scenes clips they threw in, check that out later when you get a chance.
The Warning are going to be on Kimmel, this Thursday, June 27. Yes, album drops Friday.
Hey Chris! Thanks for the awesome info! Having those people in the video was genius. They just have a way of making fun and interesting music and videos. I did watch the ending section. I enjoyed it but I cut it thinking most people already saw it and I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time. Hopefully no one gets upset.

“Okay, I’m not ready for this song to be over.” Yeah, that’s the common theme between all their songs!
To me the drums are the star of this song, it sounds almost like scatting, but with drum licks. It's really cool.

Have to agree this video was so much fun. I didn't like it (as much as all the rest of their songs) at first, but somehow with this video I just have so much fun listening to the song. They chose the guy for Dany because he looks remarkably like 'Danielo', Dany's alter ego when she was using the 'mustache' filter for a couple live videos with fans. My favourite easter egg was the Narwhal dude, there's one behind the scenes video of Dany wearing a Narwhal onesie while in the studio recording vocals for Disciple, and Dany apparently loves donuts.
I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on the live version of Burnout (there's a pretty good fan cam of Osaka I think) because Pau has added a second snare just for that song (a Piccolo) to use during the verses.

this video is so much fun, but if you listen to the actual lyrics they are singing about someone else who has no life left inside them, always talking about the bad stuff in their life. but the video does make it seem like they are burnt out. I hope not, but can understand if they are feeling some of the pressures now. they just did a second interview with Allison Hagendorf, and they seem to be in very high spirits.

You obviously have net seen many of The Warning's performances. The Pau substitute is actually the best representation.
I’ve seen enough of their videos. It was just my opinion. They were all great.
Everything the fans wear in the video is a call back to something the band posted on RUclips, Patreon, or social media, including the mustachioed Daniello. The young lady (Lin Vaam) playing Pau has posted a bunch of stuff on RUclips about the video experience and she has posted some good Warning covers.
Just a masterpiece for many reasons.
