daddy trying to get through the day with toddlers not feeling well

Today Erika decided to brave work with her injured knee, leaving me in charge of our 3 kids who aren't feeling so well. It’s one of those days where you realize just how unpredictable life with kids can be.
Despite their low energy, I made it my mission to keep spirits high and ensure we still had some fun. Not an easy task when everyone would much rather be curled up in bed. But, as a dad, you learn to get creative.
Then, the unexpected happened. Kash suddenly felt the urge to vomit, and in our mad dash to the washroom, well, we didn’t quite make it. The result? Vomit. Everywhere. And yes, that includes on my face. It’s moments like these that they don’t prepare you for in parenting books. But, honestly? I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Laughing it off and cleaning up the mess, I’m reminded that this is what dad life is all about. It’s messy, it’s chaotic, but it’s also filled with these raw, real moments that I wouldn’t trade for anything. Taking care of my kids, even when it means facing the less glamorous side of parenthood head on is something I cherish.

Great job Dad , but for your poor son , give them light foods the brat diet , little tummies are sensitive , I keep small puck containers near by , bc running never works .i hope your family is feeling better 💕
