This is a great way to work with a DST!! I haven't done any paintings with DST but I will definitely use this tip if/when I do. I like this much better than thinking of taking some sort of cutter to do it. 🌷🌷😊💖❣

I tend to just peel those back and washi tape them out of my way most of the time. I also keep the covers from other paintings so I have been known to switch them out for the paper ones.
