normally you don't tell the internet how you supposedly feel lol but true. I came here in part to build a glass door. Also asked my local Christian church to put in a new one but apparently they don't require since structure is hundreds of years old.
@AmayaJade there are still some deep curves I just don't cut on opalescent glass. Too many breaks for me, so I use a ring saw to cut bulk away before I finish grinding
Hi I'm sorry maybe I haven't watched enough of your videos yet... but what kind of cricut and paper do you use for your stencils? This looks sooo much easier to do then just cutting the pattern and trying to trace it lol. Any help is appreciated for a novice like me!
Love the idea of using a cricut for sticker paper!! I did have to laugh a little when you described grinding the glass, I was wondering how on earth you'd make it pleasant to listen to 😂
I use those amazon sheets for stained glass which is great but dont recommend them if you are painting and firing in a kiln, or fusing. Ive had them change color on me and go dull.
Just found this video on my suggested and I am obsessed with how relaxing this is. Currently enjoying my coffee and smiling. Life is worth living if I get to watch these videos.
It looks so magical for me. Ihope one day ill try. I am not religious.. But every time I see vitrage windous... I am just standing and looking at this magic
I loved seeing this, is it the copper foil which sticks the pieces together and then the solder reinforces it and also when I watched another video she talked about having a grinder to smooth the edges of the glass once cut, you didn't seem to do that so is it not really necessary?
Today I learned how to cut glass. Now I’ve got my copper, soldering tools, lead, and some glass in my shopping cart at Amazon, and last but not least, subscribed to Amaya Jades RUclips channel! I’m ready to learn stained glass! lol 😊
Whoah, that was too fast. I had to slow it down to 50-75% (first time seeing this process). And how do you keep your nails so nice? Haha, mine would be shredded.
You are very talented and skilled❤ However, please leave a disclaimer in bold letters on the shots where you were cutting the glass. Please mention that Children should not try this at home😢 Because they can hurt themselves. You too also take care😊
So sick of ASMR videos and really wish we could just have normal narration. 🤦 I can't consistently read while multitasking and it really defeats the purpose of watching RUclips tutorials.
watching this video felt like getting a massage! you are so talented!
thank you! glad you enjoyed!

Thank you very much for this nice video. After watching many videos of stained glass art, Its the first time I truly learn the whole process!
I’m glad you enjoyed!
I’ve never used my cricut to cut my pattern out- it would make my life so much easier, beautiful work-thanks for this!
I'm curious why you leave a "border" of glass around the pattern pieces. Doesn't it create more grinding work for you?
It’s not intentional but I’ve gotten a lot better at cutting since making this piece!
@AmayaJade there are still some deep curves I just don't cut on opalescent glass. Too many breaks for me, so I use a ring saw to cut bulk away before I finish grinding
@@dawnchesbro4189 a ring saw would make it so much easier!
Yes that explains how the pieces fit so well. How do you get the pattern on to the sticky paper ?
You are correct and But she is not showing grinding process in sequence .. video is not complete 😭
You do beautiful work. I love stained glass art.
Your pieces are fantastic. 🌅
Thank you!
Thank you so much! 💞
I enjoyed this video so much and love the copper foiling effect, I hoped it will stay this way 😄 but still, it's beautiful!
So glad i found your channel! I love watching stained glass videos
Thank you so much! Glad you like them! ☺️
Thank you for allowing me to watch you create, with no words to distract ❤
this was so relaxing!
Hi ! Your work is beautiful ! How can you hold the little vase into only one ring ??
I did not see the glass grinding part. Did you skip it ? Very good video, you make it seem so easy.
I didn’t skip it I just lost the video of it, but I’ll show it in my next one!
Thats a really good eye and memory, i always mark the letter of color next to my numbers haha

I use the cricut explore air 2 & the paper is the matte weatherproof sticker paper from online labels! 😊
Did you receive an answer regarding the stencil
Love the idea of using a cricut for sticker paper!! I did have to laugh a little when you described grinding the glass, I was wondering how on earth you'd make it pleasant to listen to 😂
Absolutely gorgeous! I’m trying to find herbs or berries that would grow well indoors.
Beautiful work. You make it look so easy.
This was so peaceful and so Asmr! Loved it
this page is so underrated

You and your craft are beautiful and graceful in every sense.
Thank you!! ☺️

Thank you for this comment 🥹
Happy birthday

I LOVE your thumbnails! Very beautiful & inviting😳🥰
Thank you so much! 💞

love this channel!
thank you!
how did you get the pattern onto the adhesive paper? also, did you use a grinder before foiling? Very relaxing video to watch.
I grind the glass before foiling and I print my patterns on sticker paper!
I loved seeing this, is it the copper foil which sticks the pieces together and then the solder reinforces it and also when I watched another video she talked about having a grinder to smooth the edges of the glass once cut, you didn't seem to do that so is it not really necessary?
I always smooth the edges with the grinder, I just lost the clips of it for this video! But yes, the copper foil is there for the solder to stick to!
Loved your work. You are so organised. You motivate me to attempt one. Thanks a lot for all your videos. Keep going.
Felicidades que hermoso talento que Dios te Bendiga siempre.❤❤❤❤❤❤
Wish I knew why you placed the pattern on the pieces of glass in the areas that you chose to place them.
I wanted a certain pattern on the glass so that’s why they’re spaced out sometimes!
Such a beautiful video- really enjoyed watching ❤️
Thank you! 💞
Can you please tell me from where i can get all these things to make this
Incredible work….astonishing ❤
what setting do you use on your Cricut?
Beautiful ❤
So relaxing 😌
Do you sell any of these pieces? What’s about the price?
What do you use for a grinder? Do you have a fancy one?
I just got a basic one from Amazon! It’s linked in the description!
How do you get Cricut to cut the solder lines? Mine cuts but leaves the black edges.
I import the png of my pattern into cricut so it’s just the lines and that’s what the cricut cuts out.
How did you make the stained glass lettering for the video? The 70s style.
Amazing🎉🎉❤ just loved itt

Where to buy these glasses
Saludos desde Puerto Rico🇵🇷 quiero más información sobre esto.
Was the grinding/smoothing the shapes bit not in the video?
It wasn’t but you can see it in more recent videos!
How is the glass tube staying in place? Did you attach wire at the bottom?
Yes, there’s wire at the bottom too!
Magnifique
I have a couple questions about glass cutting i saw this amd i really wanna try could we talk.
Beautiful but it’s not easy !!
Por cuál lado cortas, por el lado liso o el lado del relieve?
On the smooth side!
@@AmayaJade thanks!?
Why didn't you show the glass grinding? What do you use to grind the glass?
I show it in my other videos! I just lost the footage for this one
Beautiful.
how can i leave the copper colour even after joining the pieces together?
Copper patina can be applied after!
why would you skip the grinding step...it is critical to shaping the pieces to fit your pattern?
I didn’t skip it I just didn’t have any of that footage to include. You can watch my newest video and see it there!
you do not patina your product. Doesn't it oxidize without patina? and what do you use as an antioxidant? Thank you
Lead will oxidize overtime naturally but cleaning it thoroughly with dish soap & then applying wax will help!
Amazing!!!!!!!! 🤩
Thank you!

Excellent
يداك جميلتين😊❤
Wow 👌 👏
Can there be space between the pieces when soldering?
Textured glass should be cut on the smooth side!
No matter how many times I've seen people cut glass who make it look easy... It's not.
Whoah, that was too fast. I had to slow it down to 50-75% (first time seeing this process). And how do you keep your nails so nice? Haha, mine would be shredded.
i waited 80 long years to see how the stickers stayed on when wet grinding for it to be skipped for aesthetical purposes 😖
it's a very nice video but there's a constant buzzing sound in the background that makes it not as relaxing :')
Krásné 😊😊😊
Thank you! ☺️
You totally skipped the grinding process!!!
I filmed some of it but the videos got deleted lol!
Amo, vitraiss obrigado bom dia gostei belizimo
Ok
❤❤❤❤

🌟💫🙏🏻
Even thinking its beautiful, why do those pieces all look the same in design?
Ich dachte, da kommt eine Kerze oder Lampe hinter den Sonnenuntergang
मुझे आता काम जाँब मिलेगा
A gdzie szlifowanie?😂😂😂😂
In my other videos!
Please wear some protective gloves while working with glass chunks. You have beautiful hands protect it sweetie ♥️
Just an observation, you waste a lot of glass.
So sick of ASMR videos and really wish we could just have normal narration. 🤦 I can't consistently read while multitasking and it really defeats the purpose of watching RUclips tutorials.
sooo just watch a different video then lol
It’s not a tutorial. Just a video of my process 😊
This is way too triggering for me... Lead poisoning...
As long as you take safety precautions it’s alright!
Sorry but if you won't talk I don't watch.
womp womp
Then leave? Weird comment
