If I can't find a "how to" video from David for what I need... I get pissed. Haha. Your videos are always the best man.

This is EXCELLENT! I have a ‘96 Dodge with very similar trim that I’ve been needing to replace a couple of pieces on. After watching this I feel like I can handle it. I especially enjoy your videos on the ‘60-‘66 C10’s, but this is why I watch everything you put up. So much stuff that is helpful and can be applied to other vehicles. Am I the only one that wishes Dave was my neighbor?

Very nice job! Straight and true! This was one of those jobs I didn’t like doing back in the day! Pin stripe (the vinyl tape kind) and body side molding was easy , but the wide GM and Ford applications were not so much!
    Thanks David!

With the eraser wheels you have to be careful. It will damage certain types of paint finishes, to the point of having to refinish the panel. The best thing to use to remove the adhesive is a body filler spreader and 3M General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner #08984. A automotive wax and grease remover can work also may not remove the glue as quick.
Also don’t use lacquer thinner as it can damage certain types of paint.

Looks like the link needs updated. Curious about a good adhesive product to reattach stock? Looking to change paint color of truck.
Edit, I'm a huge fan of plastic razorblades... Amazon

How do you remove the wheel arch chrome pieces? The adhesive on my truck is no longer holding, but there are rivets or something holding them on still.

Would a heat gun help the trim relax and apply easier?

.... or the doors were poorly aligned from the factory, common with these.
