Idea for a challenge: every participant chooses one of the Race Prediction times on their watch (could be 5k, 10k, HM or marathon). They then have to run as close as possible to their watch's prediction. The person who gets closest (as a percentage of the predicted time) wins!
good time for a 10k video after i get back in from the pouring rain running a 10k base run! can't believe how close they all were, i think i would end up at least 10mins off without my watch haha
