Their dad was not the best but I always defended him and even broke up with my dear Aunt because she was badmouthing to the children about their dad. I did all I could that they see each other as much and whenever they wanted to. It was already dramatic that he was having this serious health problem. My children grew up still having a very good relationship with their dad, though he has a problem with alcohol. Not his fault though. My parents in law found it funny telling everyone that their son was emptying guests strong brandy glasses at age 2. They seemed ignorant of the consequences. I just think that’s petty if him that’s your hold for life. How do you over pay to take care of your child. Ridiculous.
lol it says he has to pay for 10 months in the divorce decree then *hands it over with conviction* right there under child support...jj say no it doesnt...she says no it doesnt lol omg what in the world lol that woman had me convinced it was in the written orders lol she was so convincing lol i was like wtf its not even in the orders lol why would she act like that knowing jj would see that it was not?
A wicked liar
people never change, greed, greed, greed, above all else. Money is not the root of all evil, desire, greed, want, self entitlement are the roots of all evil.
Tht's was not right to have your daughter sit in the middle of this. Mother has no class
Child support just an easy way for us men to get out of obligation and pay the minimum. :)
Child support is supposed to start when the agreement is signed.. Judge Judy knows that.. Although any parent should provide support even though there is no agreement yet..
fighting over money that went for the daughter.... how pathetic
If it actually went to her after 19
I agree.
But not to the mother
Why would that mother bring their daughter to court other than to cause a distance between father and daughter.
"Your honor, what about the $2000 my parents gave him for a car after we got married?"
Is that Bill Shatner?
😅😅
People sue for every and anything in the USA. 😂
Yes, because we are free to do so.
'Twas with just cause here.
@@nanjones3973it’s not free lmfao

The plaintiff won don’t even realize 😂😂
Where are the part 1,2,3 series? 😞
We had them four days this week. Be grateful for what they upload - they aren’t obligated to us, you know.
Why didn't crazy woman counter sue for the medical bills she says he owes?
Because insurance paid already. Do you think for one second that a woman that made sure she got child support for the last 8 months allowed by law forgot about health insurance? Yeah, right!
She's full of bull
@@truelife974BINGO
She straight up lied to the Judge i wonder how many other judges she lied to to get the the original settlement she looks like a real Karen 😉
In divorce court they don't just take your word for it, just like Judge Judy didn't just take hers.
What a shame! Both of them! Poor girl....😢
I completely understand why they got divorced. She just comes off as a beot ch.
Child support stops the second you turn 18. Get a job.
It's 'child' support. Just pay it to your daughter, don't take her mother to court.
Imagine being mad about supporting your own child.
Trash and spiteful, of course.
She's 19, get a darn job!! Dad met his obligations.
Who said she hasn't?
How can you pay to much for youre kids
To all the commenters who feel otherwise - daughter probably *wanted* to be there, it’s Judge Judy after all! Besides, if you paid attention, she’s 19. She’s an adult. Don’t patronize her and act like she had no choice to be on the show or not. Everyone gets paid to be in the show as well, I’m sure she had a great time in LA.
Why didn't she counterclaim the medical duh
Probably because it’s as truthful as the 10 months of child support.
The second I saw the defendant’s face I new she owed money….ugh
Regardless of the law and the specific circumstances of this case, it's always very heartbreaking to see parents fighting to not support their kids...
It definitely wasn't him fighting to not support his daughter, because he can do that without a child support order. He was fighting to not support his ex-wife!
Why bring the daughter🤯🤯🤯ridiculous!!
HAHAHAHAHAHHAHA SHE BROUGHT HER DAUGHTER ON LIVE THAT WILL NEVER GO AWAY
2:52 the look of defeat and being ridiculed by JJ
Win win , beer time 😂😂😂
It would seem he would want to help his child. He's a cheapskate!
Lunch Crew ❤ What are you eating?
I had an Apple, walnut, chicken 🐓 salad 🥗
A cup of lemon ginger tea!
I had Kung Pao Chicken with fried rice and vegetables and a strawberry lemonade. ❤
Homemade cheese pizza and mango smoothie.
Both parents are petty 😂😂😂😂
Wait was he paying childcare expenses for an 18 year old??
At 18 she should be earning her own money.
You cannot make up your own law. Just like you cannot take the law into your own hands.
She brought the daughter to make him look bad. Judge caught her in her own trap.
Why would he try to take back what he paid for his child? So what if he paid $1k more for her? He should provide even if she’s over 19 years of age in my opinion 😢. Also she should NOT have been present. Poor babe.
it's just two months... give it to your daughter as her birthday
She
Tried to get more money out of him but it didn't work.
Women have an unparalleled way of telling bold face lies!
Well this judgement might be right. I TRUST JJ.
However, this man has a HIGHER JUDGE to answer to.
He looks healthy, obviously hasn't missed any meals. Yet, he can't let his own child have less than a thousand dollars extra?!
And, drag her Mother to Court over it?!
Medical bills due, as well?!
Seeing his child present didn't even phase him!!!!
Shame on him!!!!
I'm really sorry she was there.
But, if she wasn't there, we never would know how despicable he really is!!!!
After seeing My child's presence, i would have dropped the Case and let her keep the money.
She's obviously pursuing her career in school. She needs that money!!!!
I pray her emotional scars heal speedily and any mental scars as well.
LOVE JJ FOREVER 🎉❤
Now you know one of the reasons why they divorced.
That poor daughter there in the middle 😭 I don't know the story between them but it's free to remain good willed and respectful. And for the children, their Dad is a treasure and they have the right to love him.... Too long to develop. I also divorced and raised 3 boys all by myself. Their dad was not the best but I always defended him and even broke up with my dear Aunt because she was badmouthing to the children about their dad. I did all I could that they see each other as much and whenever they wanted to. He never paid child support though, but I made myself a great career (Secretary at a university, state Job, hospital staff etc and had no diplomas, plus was learning a new language in a foreign country (of my husband). I couldn't bring myself to sue him. Whatever stress I would be causing him, would be felt by our children. Money is just money (my personal perception of things is usually authentic and different).
I loved these folks though.
Not hard to see here that the daughter sitting on mothers side has been turned against the father long ago .
IMO if you can prove all the Child Support went to the child or their care, excess child support shouldn't be a big deal. The money's going to your kid.
Child support even after you turn 18?
WTF!
Depending on the situation support can continue through college years.
@@truelife974 Says what law?
@@RhythmicSounds17It’s a very common provision in divorce decrees. In any event, a lot of children of divorce would be forced to drop out of high school if support stopped the moment they turned 18.
LOL! That was great
She tried to play oh I'm the mother card I'm automatically the better person so I should win
What’s Scott Clam doing on Judge Judy?
That look like the guy from the parternity court show
