Hi, just ran into your video and i thought i would comment. I work on tech packs and found that if you select the dimension callout you can then Object> Expand Appearance which then makes the text editable. It's a workaround, but thought it could be helpful.
I have the same issues about not being able to change the measurements, that would be a game changer for fashion tech packs. I gave my feedback to Adobe a while ago. Here's hoping we get our updates soon.
I think this tool would be useful because I can add measurements (corrections) to my patterns. I am familiarizing myself with the tool so once the update comes I can use what I know and apply it. Thank you for the information!
