    It’s a sad footnote to these already sad stories when the killer is finally identified, but the killer is deceased and we find that they will never face earthly justice.

      While Solved Cases are preferred, they’re just as melancholy when the killer gets away with the crime. Out of the 7 cases presented in this episode, only 1 of the criminals actually faced justice. It’s dreadful.

    I think if I had the chance to do it all over again I would want to get into forensic science. What an amazing feeling it must be to know you helped give people their names back, or to give closure/ justice to cases that were thought to be a "lost cause ❤ as always thanks Southern Girl and family for your time and effort 💙🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

    Thank you Southern Girl! Most of the solved cases came from my state of North Carolina.
    The 2 bonus identified cases were Amazing.
    Helen and I would be close to the same age.
    I've got to experience 47 more years of life, this monster came and took all this away from Helen.
    Her case has got to me. She was never someone's mom or Mimi. So so unfair. I hope her step dad if guilty is getting exactly what he deserves Right Now 🔥 🔥
    Stay safe out there everyone 🙏
    Much love from the Great State of North Carolina ❤️

      Laws were probably different in the 1920s.

    • @danielhartin7680
      @danielhartin7680 4 месяца назад +9

      Things were different back then and it isn't fair to judge by today's standards. As recent as the late 1800's, girls were frequently married by their early to mid teens. Life expectancies were much shorter back then and kids had to grow up fast.

    • @AmandaLB86
      @AmandaLB86 4 месяца назад

      @@danielhartin7680not kids, just girls. Boys weren’t married off as children and teenagers. It had absolutely nothing to do with life expectancy 🙄

      Yuck…sounds like Loretta Lynn 😮

    • @jdlgrishanne
      @jdlgrishanne 4 месяца назад

      @@danielhartin7680 It's still creepy. Kids weren't marrying each other. It wasn't even women marrying little boys too (which is equally awful). It was only grown men marrying little girls. It's disgusting. It still happens today, just less often. People just got away with more then, that doesn't make it right. If they didn't know it was wrong no one would have ever made laws against it. They would have just kept up with it, they knew. And some politicians are now trying to repeal laws to bring back the practice, with many people horrified as they should be.

    I swear if it wasn't for your videos, I wouldn't learn about most of these updates or know about these solved case's. I know other people cover solved cases too but you're the main person I know who regularly puts out videos covering solved cases, even including case's I don't really see any other source cover them. You must put in a ton of work to find these solved cases. I'm guessing anyone who searches for this stuff has to go thru a mess of different sites and sources. Especially depending on the location of the case.. On top of that, you edit in a bunch of great case relevant images and info into the video alongside your amazing narration. I really appreciate the work you do.

      and occult crap going on as well as s@t@nic rituals for a few years in Ohio this has been going on ,
      I am told as well as Ive seen videos and reports I know a brave christian lady that attends all the many festivals held in Ohio catering to spiritualism, witchcraft and the many magic fans! She makes herself available to everyone there,she sets up her booth and her campsite is dedicated to JesusChrist,aka Yahshuah. She is available to anyone for prayer and readings of The Holy Bible the entire crazy weekend!
      Shes actually been a key part helping a few escape that life.

    I bet Julia Otis is that horrible woman from either St Louis or Kansas who used to steal babies and kids and either put them in her horrible abusive orphanage or find adoptive parents for them. She thought somehow it was okay to take children away from parents who were underprivileged regardless that these parents loved their children and weren’t abusive. I think you did another story about this evil woman. She once took 3 children from the same parents who just happened to be walking together going somewhere.

She's actually dressed for, and waiting for her sister to change clothes so they could go to a game. Nobody seen anything. That last part tells me it wasn't a stranger, but someone ( a vehicle) familiar to the neighborhood.
