You know just wondering why with Sifu's connection to all these movie stars like McQueen, Coburn, etc, etc, wouldn't you think he would have had a professional camera man to film these back yard trainings, right? You know watching the bag workout, when I first saw Sifu punching the bag in another doco, I thought the bag must have been light. After watching this clip, I realise it was the same doco, as I've seen before but this time it has Ted Wong and who is that other Sifu, doing their workout on the bag. So watching the two working out on the bag, tells me that the bag is heavy because when they hit, it doesn't swing much. But when Sifu Bruce hits it, it is like he is hitting a rag doll. Boy that is power behind those punches.
