First one sounds like my suburb at 3 am every other morning. Greetings from Queensland. Australia😊 i like it way you guys are having a blast. And not keeping everyone awake😅
Super cool shows they put on in AUS. It's a shame we don't have that sort of stuff here. Luckily a few years back there was a few cars/drivers from AUS that came to Minnesota and put on an awesome show. Check it out here: ruclips.net/video/-CB04JFBAfk/видео.html
Im pretty certain Im addicted to watching burnout videos.... Glad to see the H body out there cooking the meats! Check out Slickworks 🤙 Im just starting out
Many of these vehicles are their owners daily drivers and the other vehicles while not daily drivers were built from the ground up by the owners with hard earned money over the course of many years (in some cases even decades) and not with support from sponsors so if they blow an engine it may take some of them a long time to save up the money to build another engine for it. Also look at the size of the burnout area which is way smaller than what Cletus has. This is a small town memorial event and is intended to be fun and is liked the way it is.
@@landondosch7841 I know several of the ones who were smoking their tires there and they are good people with families to support and have worked way to hard to build what they have to blow up a several thousand dollar engine just for someone else’s entertainment. Maybe the ones who are disappointed should put the money it will cost to rebuild it and some pay for the time to rebuild it in the car owners hands.
Jake was a young local gearhead who was very well liked and highly respected in the Ely area - I have never heard of anyone having a bad thing to say about him and doubt anyone else around here has either. He was tragically killed in an accident and this event was created in his honor. The announcer is his uncle, the guy with the 27 Chevy roadster another uncle same with the 64 Nova, the maroon 65 Chevelle and blue Camaro his cousins, and the Monza his father who announced the winner - and him and Jake built it together. There are likely other relatives of his in the burnout contest who I haven’t mentioned.
Nope. I’ve been going to the burnouts for almost my whole life and I’ve been in cars with windows down when doing burnouts my whole life (15 years) and haven’t got lung cancer. And I’m from Australia, where they do the real burnouts
Old dude on an old bike with no helmet?? Come on Sir. It’s all fun and games till your brains are stretched across the pavement. When I was in High school a guy tried to do a small stoppie and lowsided the bike. He only fell maybe 4ft or so and was only going about 15mph. Didn’t have a Lid on and smacked his head on the school parking lot pavement. He spent 2 weeks in a coma before finally passing away. I played football with his brother and his brother was the one who gave him the bike. He ended up committing suicide right before graduation. Long horrible story short just wear a damn helmet. Always!
These people are having fun and thats what its about, good for them...
That's right!!! It's a great event that everyone loves.
Amen!
That youngster on the bicycle at 26:00 is my hero. Thank you dude!
That guy was nuts haha. He rode the hell out of his bike
I know him, he goes hard all the time in our town, too bad he dot a DUI and license revoked

The Chevy Monza was built by Jake Forsman who the event is named in honor of and his father. In the summer it is often seen driving around town.
This is badass
If you are in the area, I cant hype the show up enough. It's worth going to.
Unfortunately not man, but I'd love to go
Send it!!!!!!!!!

Y'all need to let Cleetus show you how it's done. Ain't a real burnout unless the tires pop, engine blows, or there's fire.
But he has lots of money to dump into his cars, these are the average guy

What are these called where the burnout competition is in a corridored off areas surrounded by blocks? A but out pit?
Burnout pit
I think a proper burnout starts in 2nd gear and ends in 4th gear. just saying.
Yes, this lmao. Wheel speed should never be below 100mph for proper smoke.
Foxbody stang for the win
Nice. You guys are doing a great public service, by raising public awareness on how to skid like whoa!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Mustang Won!
The mustang have a good show for sure
I am just going to throw this out there. This must be rigged, because I clearly won this event!
Haha, I wonder WHO rigged it Al.... ;)
