Quick question, I am using Excel 2007 and I don't see the tools tab so I can select the data analysis tools. Are you using a add-on, or is this already in Excel?

I want to compare between public sector and private sector firm. I have data 2003-2013 which makes 11 observations for each year. can I use this test to see the difference on no of products issued. I don't have individual company data but overall figures for public and private firms.
