The Celtics didn't take care of him. As a Top Athlete he wasn't going to an injury stop him from being out there. It's up to the Organization to keep him as healthy as possible. They did whatever they went thru when he got his injury but instead of making him do whatever was supposed to be done while he was carrying them to Lebron in the ECF, they just let him play while knowing he was hurt. He was in a contract year and he had proved his worth in the NBA, but before he could get sign a big contract he gave his all to a team who didnt have him in their plans

That last beef didn't do nothing but piss me off & dislike both OVERRATED players Paul Pierce & Rajon Rondo even more. I never cared for either of them as is. Paul Pierce is nothing & always has been a hata. Especially against players that put up numbers he never could. Title or not, he shouldn't even be top 75 player. Dwight Howard, C. Webb, Vince Carter, T. Isaiah' s on & off the court contributions in Boston & his dedication to the Celtics during what was probably 1 of his worst eras of his life on a personal level, burying his sister & still making it to the playoff games putting on 1 of the best performances in playoff hitory, plus he's probably top 5 most beloved Celtic of all time. Neither Rajon nor Pierce get the reception Isaiah gets when he comes to the Garden.
