As a bulls fan seeing drose past hurts to watch. But after all he’s been through its still good to see him still in the NBA and playing a role, rose had every injury on his body u can think of yet he’s still on a roster in this league , even if people think he lost and was done that right there is a true winner a fighter for not letting injuries finish his career. Not alot of players if they were in Derricks shoes would have lasted. They probably would be retired very early in their careers. But Derrick didn’t let that beat him and kept pushing himself to still be in this league to this day.

As a bulls fan, I just don't understand how the off court legal allegations have anything to do with his basketball career. How is winning a legal battle unlucky anyway?
If anything rose may be the luckiest player in the league. Unlucky yes due to injuries and all of us as basketball fans not being able to see his true pontential and peak prime also the championship he could of won. But he is lucky in a way where these injuries didn’t bring him down or out the league. Like i said many if they were in Derricks shoes would have been out and retired after many injuries. Derrick rose is lucky to be still on a roster today

I REALLY think Memphis needs to look at Derrick Rose this off-season. I think Ja needs to hear it from the orignal Ja. Rose was the most athletic PG wed ever seen, dude made a living off his first step and athleticism and nobody could deal with it. He didnt train, eat, learn how to land, and adjust to a game without his gifts until way past his injuries when he was forced to. I think bringing him in just to coach Ja could make a huge difference. Ja is already missing 20+ games with injuries and the way he plays makes him vulnerable to knee and ankle injuries. I think he needs to hear it from a guy who lost everything before he had to rebuild a decent career on how to create a game where he can take advantage of his athleticim and speed but also anticipate his physical decline/injuries. Make sure hes better at three pointers, mid-range, creative shot selection, finding teammates. Those are all things Rose was forced to adjust to after his injuries and I dont wanna see that happen to Ja.
Ja has to get applicable time to be subbed out too. Thibs drove Drose into the ground because he was playing damn near every minute of every game without getting a break.
Derrick Rose's knee injuries were due to improper running and landing mechanics. If he did the mechanical training as track and field sprinters and long jumpers, I think maybe Chicago would have 7 or 8 championships total right now

That's just CP3. If you have him, you live and die by his overrated "Point God" games and his yearly routine of choking or getting hurt. He has no rings and probably will never get a ring for a reason. He's like Westbrook- vastly overrated because of gaudy stats and yet always failing their teams one way or another. If you see All-Time lists with CP3 or Westbrick above Kidd, Nash or Stockton or Isaiah Thomas, RECOGNIZE THAT IT'S A BS LIST.
I don't think last year where the bucks won had to do with injuries, cp3 just couldn't pull it out in the end

A very recent one, landry shamet, for 3 seasons (technically 4) he has been on teams that are contending for championship but lost in 7 in the second round
2019- sixers lost to raptors (but was traded midseason to clippers)
2020- clippers lost to nuggets
2021- nets lost to bucks
2022- suns lost to mavs
The Lob City Clippers with Chris Paul and Blake Griffin were a major downfall. The Minnesota Timberwolves were just as cursed as the Trail Blazers and the Magic. I can list some of their mistakes off the top of my head.
1. They could’ve been 2004 NBA champions if Sam Cassell never did the whatever the heck he was doing.
2. They traded Brandon Roy after drafting him.
3. They passed Joakim Noah on the 2007 draft and selected Corey Brewer seventh overall.
4. They passed Russell Westbrook on the 2008 draft, selected O.J. Mayo third overall, and traded him to Memphis for Kevin Love. (Don’t get me wrong. Kevin Love is a great player, but he’s no Russell Westbrook)
5. They had two chances of drafting Stephen Curry in 2009 but drafted Ricky Rubio fifth overall and Johnny Flynn sixth overall.
6. They selected Wesley Johnson 4th overall in the 2010 draft passing up on Gordon Hayward, DeMarcus Cousins, and Paul George.
7. They selected Derrick Williams second overall and Donatas Motiejunas twentieth overall (traded to Houston) in the 2011 draft passing up on Kemba Walker, Klay Thompson, Jimmy Butler, and Kawhi Leonard.
They could of had Demar and curry lol

Doc Rivers fucked so much stuff up in his past . He could easily have more than one championship. And I use to hate the way Derek Rose would land after he did most of his shoots, he was just bound to get hurt 😔 sad story.

One has to say that "bad luck" is not really true for those teams. Portland just made foolish moves, that's on them, and the Magic have been quite a relevant team since they were created. There are other teams in the league that have never won anything or have not even been in a final, teams that have been basically irrelevant for their entire existence - just look at the Grizzlies, the Clippers, the Timberwolves, the Pelicans, or the Hornets, for example.
