Actually, the cause of this problem is the hard drive. After I do this step on the video, the problem still persists for two weeks. What I did was replace the HDD with an SSD, and the problem was solved. This error problem is no longer present.
@Swift gamer Thanks for your reply, Unfortunatly I chose to make a back-up from my files and restore my laptop to fabric settings. Now its working like a train, way faster ;)
In reality, the issue will persist for another two weeks. The hard disk is the root of that issue. I changed the hard drive to a solid-state drive, and my computer is working fine as of right now.
Try this, Restart your device in safe mode and sign in with your original profile. Check to see if your settings and files are restored. Restart your device in normal mode and sign in again with your original profile. Check to see if your settings and files are restored.

Open the drive c then user folder, you will see there are user001 something then just open it and your files are there.
