Bro, this game, this fucking game. The OST was great, and the graphics awesome. Sure, the mechanics themselves were very simple compared to contemporary games, but it was still fun. Smaller fighters like these really shaped the whole arcade experience for me back in the day.
I never got to play this Double Dragon fighting game , I just had the worst Double Dragon game ever , Double Dragon V : The Shadow Falls (SNES) when I was 10 years old in 1995.

1995 had a ton of good fighting games, perhaps too many that many titles went by unknown due to oversaturation of the fighting game market.
